• ஜமாபந்தி, ஆண்டு தோறும் சூன் மாதத்தில் வருவாய்த் துறையினரால் கிராமந்தோறும் நடத்தப்படும் கிராம கணக்குகள் குறித்த தணிக்கை முறையாகும். 
• இம்முறை ஜமாபந்தி என்ற பெயரால் இந்தியாவை ஆண்ட பிரித்தானியர்களால் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இந்த வருவாய் தீர்வாயத்தில் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட வட்டாட்சியர், வருவாய் ஆய்வாளர் மற்றும் கிராம நிருவாக அலுவலர் ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொள்வார்கள்.

வருவாய் தீர்வாயத்தின் இதர பணிகள்

• வருவாய் தீர்வாயத்தின் போது கூடுதலாக கிராம மக்கள் தாங்களுக்கு சொந்தமான வேளாண் நிலத்தின் உடமைப் பட்டா, சிட்டா, அடங்கல் குறித்தான விவரங்கள் கேட்டு மனுக்கள் தரலாம். 
• மேலும் தங்கள் கிராமத்தில் உள்ள குறைகளை நீக்க முறையிடலாம். 
• கல்வி, குடிநீர், நீர் பாசன வாய்க்கால், மயான வசதி, கழிவு நீர் சாக்கடை வசதி முதலிய தேவைகள் குறித்தும் வருவாய்த்துறை அலுவலர்களிடம் முறையிடலாம். 
• சொந்த வீட்டு மனை இல்லாதவர்கள் இலவச மனை பட்டா வேண்டி விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். 
• வீட்டு மனை மட்டும் உடையவர்கள் வீடு கட்ட அரசு கடன் மற்றும் மானியம் கோரி விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். கிராம மக்கள் குடும்ப அட்டை மற்றும் ஆதரவற்ற விதவைகள் மற்றும் முதியோர் ஒய்வூதியம், இலவச அரசு காப்புறுதி அட்டை, வறட்சி நிவாரண நிதி கோருதல், நிலப் பட்டா மாற்றம், நிலப்பட்டா சர்வே எண்கள் மாற்றங்கள் தொடர்பாக வருவாய் தீர்வாயத்தில் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
• இந்த வருவாய் தீர்வாயத்தில் பொதுமக்களின் நியாயமான கோரிக்கை மனுக்கள் உடனடியாக வருவாய்த்துறையினரால் நிறைவேற்றப்படும்.

பட்டா/சிட்டா மற்றும் “அ” பதிவேடு விவரங்கள் அறிய

• தமிழ்நாடு அரசு இணையதளத்தின் மூலம் தனிநபர்கள் தங்களின் நில உரிமை (பட்டா/சிட்டா) மற்றும் அடங்கல் எனும் அ பதிவேடு விவரங்களை பார்வையிட மற்றும் சரிபார்க்க முடியும். மேலும் அரசு புறம்போக்கு நிலங்கள் தொடர்பான விவரங்களையும் பார்வையிடலாம்.

• Jamabandhi is an annual audit of village accounts conducted by the revenue department from village to village in the month of June. This method was implemented by the British who ruled India under the name of Jamabandhi. 
• The concerned District Collector, Revenue Inspector and Village Administrative Officer will attend this revenue settlement.

Other functions of Revenue Settlement

• Additionally, during the revenue settlement, the villagers can file petitions asking for details of title deed, chitta, and inclusion of agricultural land owned by them. And they can appeal to remove the grievances in their village. 
• One can also appeal to the revenue officials about the needs of education, drinking water, irrigation canal, cemetery facility, wastewater drainage facility etc. 
• Those who do not have their own house plot can apply for free land plot. 
• Those who have only house plot can apply for government loan and grant for house construction. 
• Villagers can apply for family card and destitute widows and old age pension, free government insurance card, drought relief fund claim, change of land title, change of land title survey numbers in revenue settlement.
• The reasonable demands of the public in this revenue settlement will be immediately fulfilled by the revenue department.

For Patta/Chitta and “A” registration details

• Individuals can view and verify their Land Title (Patta/Chitta) and Enrollment Register details through the Tamil Nadu Government website. You can also view the details related to government alienated lands.
