சௌபாக்யா திட்டம் (Saubhagya scheme) அல்லது பிரதான் மந்திரி சஹாஜ் பிஜிலி ஹர் கர் யோஜனா என்பது வீடுகளுக்கு மின்சாரம் வழங்குவதற்கான இந்திய அரசின் திட்டமாகும்.

சௌபாக்யா திட்டம் செப்டம்பர் 2017-ல் பிரதம மந்திரி நரேந்திர மோதியால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் திசம்பர் 2018க்குள் மின் மயமாக்கல் செயல்முறையை முடிக்க வேண்டும் என்று பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார்.
2011ஆம் ஆண்டின் சமூக-பொருளாதார மற்றும் சாதிக் கணக்கெடுப்பின் மூலம் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்ட சில குடும்பங்கள் இலவச மின்சார இணைப்புகளுக்குத் தகுதிபெறும், மற்றவர்கள் ரூ. 500 செலுத்தி இத்திட்டத்தில் பயன் பெறுவர்.
நவம்பர் 16, 2017 அன்று, இத்திட்டத்தைப் பற்றிய தகவல்களைப் பரப்புவதற்காக இந்திய அரசாங்கம் saubhagya.gov.in என்ற இணையதளத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது.
இத்திட்டத்தின் மொத்தச் செலவு ரூ. 16, 320 கோடி ஆகும். இதன் மொத்த நிதிநிலை ஆதரவு (ஜிபிஎஸ்) ரூ. 12,320 கோடி ஆகும்.
பயனாளி குடும்பத்திற்கு ஒரு ஒளிகாலும் இருவாயி விளக்கு, ஒரு நேர் முனை மின் வசதி கிடைக்கும். இதில் 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மீட்டர் பழுது மற்றும் பராமரிப்பு செலவும் அடங்கும்.
சௌபாக்யா திட்டம் இலச்சினை மற்றும் ஊரக மின்வசதியாக்க கழக நிறுவன மேற்பார்வையின் கீழ் மொஹித் அகமதுவின் முதல் கட்ட வடிவமைப்பின் படைப்பாகும்.
செயல்பாடு
ஜூன் 2019க்குள் 91% கிராமப்புற இந்தியக் குடும்பங்கள் மின்சார வசதியைப் பெற்றுள்ளன. இத்திட்டம் ஏழை மற்றும் கிராமப்புற வீடுகளுக்கு மின்சாரம் வழங்கும் திறனை வழங்கும் அதே வேளையில், இத்திட்டத்தினால் மின்வெட்டு பிரச்சனையைத் தீர்க்கவில்லை மற்றும் மின் கட்டணத்தைச் செலுத்த முடியாத சூழலில், அதனைச் சரிசெய்ய எந்த முன் ஏற்பாடும் செய்யவில்லை என்று விமர்சனங்கள் எழுந்துள்ளன.
அக்டோபர் 2018-ல், சௌபாக்யா திட்டத்தின் கீழ் விருப்பமுள்ள குடும்பங்களுக்கு 100 சதவீத மின் மயமாக்கல் இலக்கை பீகார் நிறைவு செய்தது.
இது நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டு 4 ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவடைந்துள்ள நிலையில், மார்ச் 2021 நிலவரப்படி 2.82 கோடி வீடுகளுக்கு மின்சாரம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Saubhagya scheme or Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijili Har Kar Yojana is a scheme of Government of India to provide electricity to households.
Background
The Chaubhagya scheme was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in September 2017. The prime minister said that the electrification process should be completed by December 2018 through this scheme.
Some households identified through the 2011 Socio-Economic and Caste Survey will be eligible for free electricity connections, while others will get Rs. 500 and will benefit from this scheme.
On 16 November 2017, the Government of India launched a website called saubhagya.gov.in to disseminate information about the scheme.
The total cost of the project is Rs. 16, 320 crores. Its total financial support (GPS) is Rs. 12,320 crores. Beneficiary family will get one light bulb and two-door lamp, one direct-ended electricity facility. This includes meter repair and maintenance cost for 5 years.
Saubhagya project is the first phase design work of Mohit Ahmed under the supervision of Lachin and Rural Electrification Corporation.
Function
By June 2019, 91% of rural Indian households had access to electricity. While the scheme provides electricity to poor and rural households, it has been criticized for not addressing the problem of power outages and making no pre-arrangement for the inability to pay electricity bills.
In October 2018, Bihar completed the target of 100 percent electrification of eligible households under the Chaubhagya scheme.
After 4 years of its implementation, 2.82 crore households have been electrified as of March 2021.
