• இந்திய தொழில்நுட்பக் கழகங்கள், (ஐஐடி) தேசிய தொழில்நுட்ப கழகங்கள், (என்ஐடி) இந்திய அறிவியல் கழகம் போன்ற முன்னணி உயர்கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் மாணவிகள் அதிகளவில் சேரும் வகையில் உடான் (Udaan) என்ற சிறப்பு கல்வி திட்டத்தைச் இந்திய நடுவண் இடைநிலைக் கல்வி வாரியம் (சிபிஎஸ்இ) செயல்படுத்துகிறது.
• இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஆண்டுதோறும் ஆயிரம் மாணவிகளுக்கு சிறப்பு பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும். அவர்களில் 50 சதவீதம் பேர் எஸ்சி, எஸ்டி மற்றும் இதர பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினராக (ஓபிசி) இருப்பார்கள். 
• பதினோராம் மற்றும் பன்னிரண்டாம் வகுப்புகளில் இயற்பியல், வேதியியல், கணிதப் பாடங்களை படிப்பவர்களாக இருக்க வேண்டும். 
• 11ம் வகுப்பு படிப்பவர்களாக இருந்தால் 10-ம் வகுப்பில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 70 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணும், கணிதம், அறிவியல் பாடங்களில் 80 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணும் தேவை. 
• 12-ம் வகுப்பு மாணவிகளாக இருப்பின், 10-ம் வகுப்பில் மேற்கண்ட மதிப்பெண் தகுதியுடன் 11-ம் வகுப்பில் 75 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணும் அவசியம். 
• மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் தகுதியானோர் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவர். பயிற்சியில் ஏழை மாணவிகளுக்கு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்படும்.
• இந்த திட்டத்தின்கீழ் பயிற்சி பெற்று ஐஐடி, என்ஐடி கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் சேரும் மாணவிகள் படிப்பை தொடரவும் நிதியுதவி செய்யப்படும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. 
• சிபிஎஸ்இ பாடத் திட்டத்தில் படிக்கும் மாணவிகள் மட்டுமின்றி மாநில பாடத் திட்டத்தில் படிப்போரும் இந்த சிறப்பு பயிற்சியில் சேரலாம்.

• Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Science (NITs) and Indian Institutes of Science (NITs) are implementing a special education program called Udaan, a special education program by the Indian Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (CBSE).
• Under this scheme, thousands of girl students will be given special training every year. 50 per cent of them will be SCs, STs and Other Backward Classes (OBCs). Should be students of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in class XI and XII. For 11th class students, minimum 70 percent marks in 10th class and 80 percent marks in maths and science subjects are required. In case of 12th class students, 75 percent marks in 11th along with the above marks in 10th are required. Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of marks. Poor students will be given priority in coaching.
• It is worth noting that under this scheme the students who get training and join IIT and NIT educational institutes will also be financially supported to continue their studies. Not only students studying in CBSE syllabus but also those studying in state syllabus can join this special training.
