சில்ப் குரு 2022 / SHILP GURU AWARD 2022

• 2017, 2018, 2019 ஆகிய மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கான சில்ப் குரு மற்றும் தேசிய விருதுகள் இன்று வழங்கப்பட்டன. 30 பேருக்கு சில்ப் குரு விருதுகளும். 78 பேருக்கு தேசிய விருகளும்  வழங்கப்பட்டன. 
• கைவினைஞர்களின் சிறப்பான செயல்திறன், இந்திய கைவினைப் பொருட்கள் மற்றும் ஜவுளித்துறையில் மதிப்புமிக்க பங்களிப்புக்காக இந்த விருதுகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.  
• சில்ப் குரு விருதுகள் மிகச் சிறந்த கைவினை கலைஞர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படுகிறது. 2002-ஆம் ஆண்டு, இந்திய கைவினைத் தொழில்கள் பொன்விழாவையொட்டி இந்த விருது நிறுவப்பட்டது. 
• சில்ப் குரு விருதில் தங்க நாணயம் ஒன்று ரூ. 2 லட்சம் ரொக்கப் பரிசு, தாமிரப்பத்திரம், சால்வை, சான்றிதழ் ஆகியவை அடங்கும். தேசிய விருதுகள் 1965ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. 
• தேசிய விருதுகள் உலோகப் பதிவு, கைபின்னல் வேலை, மட்பாண்டம் செய்தல், களம்காரி, பந்தானி, அச்சு பதித்தல், தஞ்சாவூர் ஓவியம், தெரக்கோட்டா வேலைப்பாடு, பனை ஓலையில் பதித்தல் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு கைவேலைப்பாட்டுத்  திறனுக்கு தேசிய விருதுகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. இதில் ரொக்கப்பரிசு ரூ.1 லட்சம், தாமிரப்பத்திரம், சால்வை மற்றும் சான்றிதழ் அடங்கும்.
• தமிழ்நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த தஞ்சாவூர் ஓவியக் கலைஞர் வி  பன்னீர்செல்வம், 2019ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான சில்ப் குரு விருதைப் பெற்றுள்ளார்.
• புதுச்சேரியைச் சேர்ந்த  கே வெங்கடேசன், டெரக்கோட்டா  வேலைப்பாட்டுக்காகவும்,  மாசிலாமணி, ஷோலாபித் வேலைப்பாட்டுக்காகவும், தேசிய விருதுகளுக்காக தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இவர்கள் இருவரும் 2019ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான விருதுகளைப் பெற்றுள்ளனர்.

• Chilp Guru and National Awards for the three years 2017, 2018 and 2019 were presented today. 30 Shilp Guru Awards. 78 people were also given national awards.
• These awards are given for outstanding performance of artisans, valuable contribution to Indian handicrafts and textiles industry.
• The Silb Guru Awards are given to the best artisans. The award was instituted in 2002 to coincide with the Golden Jubilee of Indian Handicrafts.
• A gold coin in Shilp Guru Award worth Rs. 2 lakh cash prize, including a trophy, shawl and certificate. The National Awards have been given since 1965.
• National Awards National awards are given for various handicraft skills including metal engraving, handloom work, pottery making, kalamkari, bandhani, printmaking, Thanjavur painting, terracotta work, palm leaf inlaying. It includes a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh, a trophy, a shawl and a certificate.
• Thanjavur painter V Panneerselvam from Tamil Nadu has received the 2019 Silb Guru Award.
• Puducherry-based K Venkatesan has been selected for the National Awards for terracotta sculpture and Masilamani and Sholabith for sculpture. Both of them have received the awards for the year 2019.
