- தமிழ்நாட்டில் உள்ள அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் படிக்கும் ஏழைக் குழந்தைகளின் படிப்பினை ஊக்குவிக்கவும், ஊட்டச்சத்துக் குறைபாட்டினை போக்கவும், கற்றல் இடைநிற்றலைத் தவிர்க்கவும், ஒன்றாம் வகுப்பு முதல் ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிலக்கூடிய தொடக்கப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கு அனைத்துப் பள்ளி நாட்களிலும் காலை வேளையில் சத்தான சிற்றுண்டி வழங்கப்படும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள் 7.5.2022 அன்று தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்றப் பேரவை விதி எண். 110-ன் கீழ் அறிவிப்பினை வெளியிட்டார்கள்.
- இந்த அறிவிப்பினைச் செயல்படுத்தும் பொருட்டு மாநகராட்சி, நகராட்சி, ஊரக (கிராம ஊராட்சி) மற்றும் மலைப்பகுதிகளில் உள்ள 1545 அரசு தொடக்கப் பள்ளிகளில் (1 முதல் 5ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை) பயிலும் 114095 தொடக்கப் பள்ளி மாணவ மாணவியருக்கு முதற்கட்டமாகக் காலை உணவு வழங்கும் திட்டம் ரூ. 33.56 கோடி செலவினத்தில் தொடங்கப்படும்.
வழிகாட்டு நெறிமுறைகள்
- முதலமைச்சரின் காலை உணவுத் திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம், சிற்றுண்டியின் வகைகள், பொதுவான நடைமுறைகள், கண்காணிப்பு மற்றும் மதிப்பீடு ஆகியவற்றை உள்ளடக்கிய பொதுவான வழிகாட்டு நெறிமுறைகள் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

- மாணவ / மாணவியர்கள் பசியின்றி பள்ளிக்கு வருவதை உறுதி செய்தல்
- மாணவ / மாணவியர்கள் ஊட்டச்சத்து குறைபாட்டினால் பாதிக்கப்படாமலிருத்தலை உறுதி செய்தல்
- மாணவ / மாணவியரின் ஊட்டச்சத்து நிலையை உயர்த்துதல், குறிப்பாக இரத்த சோகை குறைபாட்டினை நீக்குதல்
- பள்ளிகளில் மாணவ / மாணவியர்களின் வருகையை அதிகரித்தல் / தக்க வைத்துக் கொள்ளுதல்
- வேலைக்குச் செல்லும் தாய்மார்களின் பணிச்சுமையை குறைத்தல்
ENGLISH
- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister on 7.5.2022 Tamil Nadu Legislative Council Ordinance No. 7. To promote the education of poor children studying in government schools in Tamil Nadu, to overcome malnutrition and to avoid dropout, elementary school students who can study from class one to class five will be provided nutritious snacks in the morning on all school days. They issued notification under 110.
- In order to implement this notification, in the first phase, 114095 primary school students studying in 1545 government primary schools (class 1 to 5) in the municipal, municipal, rural (village panchayat) and hilly areas will be provided with breakfast at a cost of Rs. 33.56 crores will be launched at an outlay.
