மீனவர் விபத்துக் குழு காப்புறுதித் திட்டம் / FISHERMEN'S ACCIDENT GROUP INSURANCE SCHEME

• இந்திய அரசு மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு என இரண்டு அரசுகளும் இணைந்து தமிழ்நாட்டில் மீனவர் விபத்துக் குழு காப்புறுதித் திட்டத்தைச் செயல்படுத்துகின்றன. 
• இத்திட்டத்திற்கான காப்புறுதி பிரிமியத் தொகையாக ஒரு மீனவருக்கு (தலா ரூ. 7 வீதம்) ஆண்டுக்கு ரூ. 14 வீதம் செலுத்துகிறது. 
• இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ், மீனவர் விபத்தில் இறந்தால் அல்லது முழுவதும் நிவர்த்தி செய்ய இயலாத முழு ஊனமடைந்தால் ரூ. 50000ம், பகுதி ஊனமடைந்தால் ரூ. 25000ம் காப்பீட்டுத் தொகையாக வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

தகுதிகள்

• தமிழ்நாட்டிலுள்ள மீனவர் கூட்டுறவு சங்கத்தில் உறுப்பினராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
• முழு நேர கடல் மீன் பிடிப்பில் ஈடுபட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்

• The Government of India and the Government of Tamil Nadu jointly implement the Fishermen's Accident Group Insurance Scheme in Tamil Nadu. 
• The insurance premium for this scheme per fisherman (at the rate of Rs. 7 each) is Rs. Pays 14 per cent. 
• Under this scheme, in case of accidental death of fisherman or total irreparable disability Rs. 50000 and in case of partial disability Rs. 25000 is given as sum assured.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of Fishermen's Co-operative Society in Tamil Nadu.
• Must be engaged in full-time marine fishing
