• அமைப்புசாரா தொழில்துறை வளர்ச்சிக்கான தேசிய ஆணையம், ஒழுங்குமுறை சாரா பகுதிகளில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட புதிய முயற்சிகளின் முன்னேற்றத்தையும் உற்பத்தியையும் பெருக்குவதற்காக உருவாக்கப்பட்ட ஆலோசனைக் குழுவாகவும் கண்காணிப்பாளராகவும் செயல்படுகிறது. 
• குறிப்பாக கிராமப்புறங்களில் அதிக அளவில் நிலையான வேலை வாய்ப்பினை உருவாக்கவும் உதவுகிறது. இது ஒரு கடமையைச் செய்ய முற்படும்போது அரசாங்கத்தின் ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்பட்ட முன்னேற்றத்திற்கான ஒப்பந்தத்திலுள்ள (United Progressive Alliance Government) குறைந்தபட்ச பொது நல திட்டத்தின் மூலம் ஒரு தேசியக் குழுவினை, அமைப்பு சாரா பகுதிகளில் உருவாக்க செய்யும் முயற்சியாகும். 
• இது உலகளாவிய சுற்றுச்சூழலில் (global environment) அமைப்பு சாரா பகுதிகளில் போட்டி மனப்பாங்கை உருவாக்கவும், அப்பகுதியை, கடன், மூலப்பொருள், கட்டமைப்பு, தொழில் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் விற்பனை போன்ற துறைகளில் நிலையான ஒருங்கமைப்போடு இணைக்கவும் தேவையான பரிந்துரைகளையும், வழிகாட்டுதலையும் தருகிறது.

• National Commission for Enterprises in the Unorganized Sector (NCEUS): The National Commission for Enterprises in the Unorganized Sector (NCEUS) is an advisory body and watchdog created to enhance the growth and productivity of new ventures in the unorganized sector. 
• It helps in creating more stable employment especially in rural areas. It is an attempt to create a national team in the unorganized sector through the United Progressive Alliance Government's minimum public welfare program while seeking to fulfill a duty. 
• It provides necessary recommendations and guidance to create competitiveness in the non-organized sector in the global environment and link the region with sustainable integration in sectors such as credit, raw materials, infrastructure, industrial development and sales.
