• பிரதான் மந்திரி கிசான் சம்மான் நிதி (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi) என்பது இந்திய அரசாங்கத்தின் ஒரு திட்டமாகும். இதில் அனைத்து சிறு மற்றும் குறு விவசாயிகளுக்கும் குறைந்தபட்ச வருமான ஆதரவாக ஆண்டுக்கு, ₹6,000 நிதி உதவி அளிக்கப்படும். 
• இந்த திட்டத்தை 2019 பிப்ரவரி முதல் நாள் இந்தியாவின் இடைக்கால இடைக்கால நிதியறிக்கையின் போது பியுஷ் கோயல் அறிவித்தார். இந்த திட்டத்திற்கு ஆண்டுக்கு, ₹75,000 கோடி செலவாகும். 
• இத்திட்டம் 2018 திசம்பர் 2018 முதல் நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தது. தகுதிவாய்ந்த ஒவ்வொரு விவசாயிக்கும் ஆண்டுக்கு, ₹ 6,000 மூன்று தவணைகளில் நேரடியாக அவர்களின் வங்கிக் கணக்குகளில் செலுத்தப்படும்.

வரலாறு

• இந்த திட்டத்தை முதன் முதலில் தெலங்காணா அரசு ரைத்து பந்து என்ற பெயரில் செயல்படுத்தியது, அங்கு ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட தொகை தகுதியான விவசாயிகளுக்கு நேரடியாக வழங்கப்படுகிறது. 
• இத்திட்டம் வெற்றிகரமாக செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டதற்காக உலக வங்கி உட்பட பல்வேறு அமைப்புகளிடமிருந்து பாராட்டுக்களைப் பெற்றது. வேளாண் கடன் தள்ளுபடியை விட இந்த திட்டத்தில் செலவிடுவது சிறந்தது என்று பல பொருளாதார வல்லுநர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர். 
• இந்த திட்டத்தின் நேர்மறை விளைவுகளைக் கண்டு, இந்திய அரசு இதை நாடு முழுமைக்குமான திட்டமாக செயல்படுத்த விரும்பியது. 2019 பிப்ரவரி 1, அன்று இந்தியாவின் இடைக்கால நிதியறிக்கையின் போது பியூஷ் கோயாலால் இத்திட்டம் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
• 2019 பெப்ரவரி 24 அன்று நரேந்திர மோதி உத்தரபிரதேசத்தின் கோரக்பூரில் முதல் தவணை தொகையாக ₹ 2,000 தலா ஒரு கோடி விவசாயிகளின் வங்கிக்கணக்குகளில் செலுத்தியதன் மூலம் இந்த திட்டத்தை தொடங்கிவைத்தார்.
• இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் சேர விவசாயிகள் பொது சேவை மையங்களை அணுக வேண்டும். தங்களுடைய நில உடைமை ஆவணங்களான, கணினி பட்டா, அல்லது சிட்டா, வங்கிக்கணக்குப் புத்தக நகல், ஆதார் அட்டையின் நகல், குடும்ப அட்டை நகல் ஆகிய ஆவணங்களோடு தொலைபேசி எண்ணையும் கொண்டு செல்லவேண்டும்.

• Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi is a scheme of Government of India. A minimum income support of ₹6,000 per annum will be provided to all small and marginal farmers. The scheme was announced by Piyush Goyal during India's Interim Budget on February 1, 2019. 
• The project will cost ₹75,000 crore per annum. The scheme came into effect from December 2018. ₹ 6,000 per year to each eligible farmer in three installments directly into their bank accounts.

History

• The scheme was first implemented by the Telangana government under the name Raithu Bandhu, where a certain amount is given directly to the eligible farmers. The project has received accolades from various organizations including the World Bank for its successful implementation. 
• Many economists said that spending on this scheme is better than farm loan waiver. Seeing the positive effects of this scheme, the Government of India wanted to implement it as a nationwide scheme. The scheme was announced by Piyush Goyal during India's Interim Budget on 1 February 2019.
• On 24 February 2019, Narendra Modi launched the scheme in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh by disbursing the first installment of ₹ 2,000 each into the bank accounts of one crore farmers.
• Farmers have to approach Public Service Centers to enroll under this scheme. They should carry their land ownership documents like computer certificate or chitta, copy of bank passbook, copy of Aadhaar card, copy of family card along with phone number.
