தமிழ்நாடு அரசு பெண்கள் கட்டணமில்லா பேருந்து திட்டம் குறித்த ஆய்வு அறிக்கை / STUDY REPORT ON TAMILNADU GOVT WOMENS FREE BUS SCHEME

• கடந்த 2021 சட்டசபைத் தேர்தலில் வெற்றிபெற்று முதலமைச்சராக பதவியேற்ற மு.க.ஸ்டாலின், அதே நாளிலேயே 5 திட்டங்களுக்கான கையெழுத்தை போட்டார்.
• அதில், முதன்மையானது அரசு நகர பேருந்தில் பெண்கள் கட்டணமில்லாமல் பயணம் செய்யலாம் என்ற திட்டம் பெரும் வரவேற்பை பெற்றது. கையெழுத்துபோட்ட மறுநாளான மே 8 ஆம் தேதியே இத்திட்டம் செயல்பாட்டிற்கு வந்தது.
• நகர பகுதிகளில் வெள்ளை போர்டு வைக்கப்பட்ட பேருந்துகளிலும், கிராம பகுதிகளில் இயக்கப்படும் நகர பேருந்துகளிலும் பெண்கள் கட்டணமில்லாமல் பயணம் மேற்கொள்ள அனுமதிக்கப்படுகின்றனர். 
• இதற்காக அவர்களுக்கு கட்டணமில்லா டிக்கெட்டும் வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. கட்டணமில்லா பேருந்துகளை அடையாளம் காண நகர பகுதிகளில் உள்ள பேருந்துகள் பிங்க் நிறமாக மாற்றப்பட்டு உள்ளன.
• இதன் மூலம் தினசரி வேலைக்கு சென்று வரும் அலுவலக பணியாளர்கள், கூலித் தொழிலாளர்கள், சிறு குறு வியாபாரிகள், நடை பாதை வியாபாரிகள் என பல்வேறு தரப்பை சேர்ந்த பெண்கள் பயனடைந்து வந்தனர். 
• கடந்த அக்டோபர் 5 ஆம் தேதி வரை பெண்களுக்கான கட்டணமில்லா பேருந்து திட்டத்தின்படி 176.84 பயணங்கள் நடைபெற்று உள்ளது.
• தினசரி 39.21 லட்சம் கட்டணமில்லா பயணங்கள் இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் சராசரியாக நடைபெற்று வருவதாகவும் தமிழ்நாடு போக்குவரத்துத்துறை வெளியிட்ட அறிவிப்பில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டு இருந்தது. 
• இந்த நிலையில் பெண்களுக்காக தமிழ்நாடு அரசு செயல்படுத்தி வரும் கட்டணமில்லா பேருந்து திட்டத்தின் பயணை உணர்த்தும் வகையில் புதிய ஆய்வு அறிக்கை வெளியாகி உள்ளது.
• இது குறித்து தமிழ்நாடு மாநில திட்டக்குழு மேற்கொண்ட ஆய்வில், தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் பெண்களுக்கான கட்டணமில்லா கட்டணமில்லா பேருந்து திட்டத்தின் மூலம் பெண்கள், மாதம் ஒன்றுக்கு ரூ.888 சேமிப்பதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு இருக்கிறது. இதன் மூலம் இத்திட்டத்தால் தமிழ்நாடு பெண்கள் அடைந்து இருக்கும் பெரும் பயணை காட்டி இருக்கிறது.
• முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலினிடம் நேற்று இந்த ஆய்வு அறிக்கை சமர்பிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. 
• சுற்றுலா பகுதிகள் மற்றும் தொழில்கள் அதிகம் இருக்கும் மதுரை, விவசாயிகள் மற்றும் மீனவர்கள் அதிகம் உள்ள நாகப்பட்டினம், தொழிற்சாலைகளை அதிகம் கொண்ட 3 மாவட்டங்களில் இந்த ஆய்வு எடுக்கப்பட்டு இருக்கிறது.
• கடந்த ஆகஸ்டு மாதம் 4 ஆம் தேதி தொடங்கி 30 ஆம் தேதி வரை நேரடியாக மக்களை சந்தித்து ஆய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு உள்ளது. 
• அதிகபட்சமாக திருப்பூரில் 437 பேரிடமும், மதுரையில் 422 பேரிடமும், நாகப்பட்டினத்தில் 416 பேரிடமும் என மொத்த 1,200 பேரிடம் திட்டக்குழு ஆய்வு செய்து அறிக்கையை சமர்பித்து இருக்கிறது.
• கட்டணமில்லா பேருந்து பயண திட்டத்தின் வாயிலாக மிச்சமாகும் ரூ.888ஐ வேறு அவசிய தேவைகளுக்கும், சேமிப்புக்கும் பயன்படுத்துவதாக பெண்கள் தெரிவித்து உள்ளார். 
• அதேபோல், பேருந்தில் பயணம் செய்வது வீட்டில் உள்ளவர்களின் தயவை எதிர்பார்த்து இருக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் தங்களுக்கு இல்லை என அவர்கள் தெரிவித்து இருக்கின்றன.

• M.K.Stalin, who won the 2021 assembly elections and took office as the Chief Minister, signed 5 projects on the same day. Among them, the first one was the scheme which allowed women to travel free of charge in government city buses. 
• The scheme came into effect on May 8, the day after the signing. Women are allowed to travel free of charge on white boarded buses in urban areas and city buses operating in rural areas.
• They are also given free tickets for this. Buses in urban areas have been changed to pink to identify the free buses.
• Through this, women from various walks of life such as office workers, wage laborers, small shopkeepers and street vendors were benefited.
• Till October 5, 176.84 trips have been made under the free bus scheme for women. It was also mentioned in the notification issued by the Tamil Nadu Transport Department that an average of 39.21 lakh toll-free journeys are being done through this scheme every day.
• In this situation, a new research report has been published to show the journey of the free bus program implemented by the Tamil Nadu government for women.
• In a study conducted by the Tamil Nadu State Planning Committee, it has been reported that through the Tamil Nadu government's free bus scheme for women, women save Rs.888 per month. Through this, the project shows the great journey that the women of Tamil Nadu have achieved.
• This research report has been submitted to Chief Minister M.K.Stalin yesterday. This study has been taken in 3 districts which are Madurai which has more tourist areas and industries, Nagapattinam which has more farmers and fishermen and more industries.
• The research has been carried out by directly meeting the people from the 4th of last August till the 30th. A total of 1,200 people have been examined and submitted a report by the planning committee, including 437 people in Tirupur, 422 people in Madurai and 416 people in Nagapattinam.
• The women said that they will use the Rs.888 saved through the free bus travel scheme for other essential needs and savings. Similarly, they said that they do not need to wait for the favor of their family to travel by bus.
