வேலைவாய்ப்பற்ற இளைஞர்களுக்கு தொழில் தொடங்க நிதியுதவி வழங்கும் UYEGP திட்டம் / UNEMPLOYED YOUTH EMPLOYMENT GENERATION PROGRAMME

• படித்த வேலைவாய்ப்பற்ற இளைஞர்களுக்கு தொழிலில் முனைவதின் மூலம் வேலை வாய்ப்பினை உருவாக்க தமிழக அரசு UYEGP (Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme - படித்த வேலைவாய்ப்பற்ற இளைஞர்களுக்கான வேலை வாய்ப்பு பெருக்கத் திட்டம்) என்ற திட்டத்தை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது. 
• தொழில் தொடங்க விருப்பமுள்ள இளைஞர்கள் தங்கள் தொழிலுக்கு தேவையான முதலீட்டினை (Capital) இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் பெறலாம்.
• இத்திட்டத்தில் வேலைவாய்ப்பற்ற இளைஞர்கள் (Unemployed Youth) தொழில் தொடங்குவதற்காக 15% சதவீதம் மானியத்துடன் (Subsidy) ரூபாய் 5 இலட்சம் வரை கடன் (Loan) வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம்

• படித்த வேலை வாய்ப்பற்ற இளைஞர்களுக்கு தொழில் முனைவதின் மூலம் வேலை வாய்ப்பினை பெருக்குவது.

தொழிலின் திட்ட மதிப்பு (Project Value)

• உற்பத்தி சார்ந்த நிறுவனமாக (Manufacturing Enterprises) இருந்தால் அதன் திட்ட மதிப்பு (Project Value) 5 இலட்சத்திற்குள் இருந்தால் UYEGP திட்டத்தில் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
• சேவை சார்ந்த நிறுவனமாக (Service Enterprises) இருந்தால் அதன் திட்ட மதிப்பு (Project Value) 3 இலட்சத்திற்குள் இருந்தால் UYEGP திட்டத்தில் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
• வியாபாரம் சார்ந்த (Trading - Shop, Only Sales Activity) நிறுவனமாக இருந்தால் அதன் திட்ட மதிப்பு (Project Value) 1 இலட்சத்திற்குள் இருந்தால் UYEGP திட்டத்தில் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

அரசு மூலதன மானியம் (Subsidies)

• தொழிலின் திட்ட மதிப்பில் அதிகபட்சம் 15% சதவீதத்தை மானியமாக (Subsides) அரசு அளிக்கிறது.
• தொழில் முனைவோர் சொந்த முதலீடு (Entrepreneur Contribution of Capital Investment)
• பொதுப் பிரிவினராக இருந்தால் தொழிலின் திட்ட மதிப்பீட்டில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 10 விழுக்காட்டை தங்களுடைய சொந்த முதலீடாகத் (Owner Capital Investment) தொழிலில் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
• சிறப்புப் பிரிவினராக இருந்தால் தொழிலின் திட்ட மதிப்பீட்டில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 5 விழுக்காட்டை தங்களுடைய சொந்த முதலீடாகத் (Owner Capital Investment)தொழிலில் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.

• The Government of Tamil Nadu has created a program called UYEGP (Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme) to create employment opportunities for the educated unemployed youth by engaging them in business. 
• Young people who want to start a business can get the necessary investment (Capital) for their business through this scheme.
• Under this scheme, loans of up to 5 lakh rupees are provided to the unemployed youth with 15% subsidy for starting a business.

Objective of the project

• To increase employment opportunities for educated unemployed youth through entrepreneurship.

Project Value of Business

• If you are a manufacturing enterprise and its project value is less than 5 lakhs, you can apply for the UYEGP scheme.
• If it is a service-oriented company (Service Enterprises) and its project value (Project Value) is within 3 lakhs, then you can apply for the UYEGP scheme.
• If it is a trading-shop, only sales activity company and its project value is less than 1 lakh, you can apply for the UYEGP scheme.

Government Capital Subsidies

• The government provides a subsidy of up to 15% of the project value of the industry.
• Entrepreneur Contribution of Capital Investment
• In case of public sector, at least 10 percent of the project valuation of the business should be paid as their own investment (Owner Capital Investment) in the business.
• If they belong to the special category, they should pay at least 5 percent of the project valuation of the business as their own investment (Owner Capital Investment) in the business.
