வந்தே மாதரம் திட்டம் / VANDE MATARAM SCHEME

• வந்தே மாதரம் திட்டம் (vandemataram scheme) என்பது தனியார் மற்றும் அரசின் ஒன்றிணைந்த பங்களிப்பில் இந்தியாவில் உள்ள கருவுற்ற தாய்மார்களுக்கு இலவசமாகப் பேறுகால முன்கவனிப்பு (antenatal care) வழங்க இந்திய அரசால் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட் ஒரு நலத்திட்டம் ஆகும். 
• குறைந்த பட்சம் எம்.பி.பி.எஸ் படித்த எந்த ஒரு மருத்துவரும் இத்திட்டத்தில் பங்களிக்க முன்வரலாம். இத்திட்டத்தில் இணைந்த மருத்துவரின் மருத்துவமனையில் வந்தே மாதரம் சின்னம் இருக்கும். 
• பேறுகாலத் தாய்மார்கள் இந்த வந்தே மாதரம் மருத்துவமனைகளில் இரும்புச் சத்து - ஃபோலிக் அமில மாத்திரைகள், இரணஜன்னி (tetanus toxoid) தடுப்பூசி ஆகிய சேவைகளைப் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம்.
• மேலும் குடும்பக் கட்டுப்பாடு செய்ய உதவும் கர்ப்பத்தடை மாத்திரைகளும் இங்கு இலவசமாய்க் கிடைக்கும்.

• The Vande Mataram scheme is a welfare scheme established by the Government of India to provide free antenatal care to expectant mothers in India with joint private and public participation. 
• Any doctor who has completed at least MPBS can volunteer to contribute to this scheme. Vande Mataram symbol will be in the hospital of the doctor affiliated to the scheme. 
• Post-partum mothers can avail iron-folic acid tablets and tetanus toxoid vaccination at these Vande Mataram hospitals. Also, free birth control pills are available here to help with family planning.
