குறிக்கோள்

• விவசாயிகளுக்கு உர பாக்கெட்டுகளின் பயன்பாட்டையும் விநியோகத்தையும் ஊக்குவிக்கவும்.
• நிலத்தில் அத்தியாவசிய ஊட்டச்சத்துக்களை தக்கவைத்து மண்ணின் ஆரோக்கியத்தை மீட்டெடுக்க உதவுகிறது.
• விவசாயிகளுக்கு எல்லா வகையிலும் உதவ வேண்டும்.

அம்சங்கள் 

• இந்த திட்டம் மற்றும் ஒரு செயலி மூலம், மாநில அரசு விவசாயிகள் மத்தியில் உரங்களின் பயன்பாட்டை மேம்படுத்த விரும்புகிறது.
• இத்திட்டம் நிலம் மற்றும் மண்ணில் உள்ள கட்டாய ஊட்டச்சத்து மற்றும் ஆரோக்கியத்தை மீட்டெடுக்க உதவும்.
• 2018-19 ஆம் ஆண்டில், 3,000 மெட்ரிக் டன் கேரியர் அடிப்படையிலான உயிர் உரங்கள் மற்றும் 6 லட்சம் லிட்டர் திரவ உயிர் உரங்களை விநியோகிக்க மாநில அரசு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.
• விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தவும் விவசாயிகளை இணைக்கவும் 880 அம்மா வசதி மையங்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண்மைத் துறை தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
• மண்ணின் ஆரோக்கியத்தைப் பாதுகாக்கவும், உற்பத்தித் திறனை அதிகரிக்கவும், அரசாங்கம் உழவன் செயலியை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

திட்டத்தின் முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்

• உயிர் உரங்களை ஊக்குவித்தல் - ரசாயன உரங்கள் சந்தையில் எளிதில் கிடைக்கின்றன. இந்த திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்துவதன் மூலம், உயிர் உரங்களின் பயன்பாடு மற்றும் நன்மைகளை ஊக்குவிக்க மாநில அதிகாரம் விரும்புகிறது.
• மண்ணின் தரத்தைப் பேணுதல் - மண்ணில் ரசாயன உரங்களை அதிகமாகப் பயன்படுத்துவதால் சோலி-வளர்ச்சியைக் குறைக்க முடியாது. அப்படியானால், குறிப்பிட்ட காலத்திற்குப் பிறகு விவசாயிகள் நல்ல மகசூல் பெற முடியாது. உயிர் உரங்களைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம், இந்த சிக்கலை எளிதில் அகற்றலாம்.
• உயர் பயிர் தரம் - இரசாயன உரங்கள் உணவுப் பயிர்களுக்குள் சென்று, ஊட்டச்சத்து குணங்களைக் குறைக்கிறது. அதிக அளவு இரசாயனங்கள் உள்ள பயிர்களின் நுகர்வு ஆரோக்கியத்திற்கும் தீங்கு விளைவிக்கும். பயன்பாடானது உயிர் உரங்கள் பாதுகாப்பான விருப்பமாகும், இது நல்ல பயிர்களை விளைவிக்கும் ஆனால் மக்களின் ஆரோக்கியத்திற்கு தீங்கு விளைவிக்காது.
• மலிவு மாற்று - நல்ல அறுவடைக்கு உரங்கள் அவசியம். ஆனால் ரசாயன உரங்களின் விலை அதிகம் என்பதால் அனைத்து விவசாயிகளும் இவற்றை வாங்க முடியாது. உயிர் உரங்களின் முக்கியத்துவம் இங்குதான் முதன்மை பெறுகிறது. அவை மலிவான மாற்றுகள்.
• வசதி மையங்கள் - உயிர் உரம் தயாரிக்கும் நிறுவனங்களின் வளர்ச்சி மட்டும் போதாது. அதன் பலன்கள் குறித்து அனைத்து விவசாயிகளுக்கும் மாநில அரசு விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்த வேண்டும். எனவே, 880 வசதி மையங்கள் மூலம் அனைத்து விவசாயிகளையும் தகவல் பரப்புதல் மற்றும் இணைக்கும் பணி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்
• உயிர் உரங்கள் விநியோகம் - உயிர் உரங்களை விவசாயிகளிடையே விநியோகிக்க தேவையான நடவடிக்கையை அரசு எடுக்கும். 6 லட்சம் லிட்டர் திரவ உயிர் உரங்களை விநியோகம் செய்வதை மாநில ஆணையம் நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

Objective

• To promote usage and distribution of fertilisers packets to farmers.
• To help in retain essential nutrients in the land and restore soil health

Features

• Through this Scheme and an app, the state government want to improve the use of the Fertilizers among the Farmers.
• This scheme will help to restore the mandatory nutrients and health in the Land and Soil.
• In 2018-19, the state government has planned to distribute 3,000 metric tonnes of carrier-based bio-fertilisers and 6 lakh litres of liquid bio-fertilisers.
• Tamil Nadu Agricultural department has stated 880 Amma facilitation centres to create awareness and to link farmers.
• To preserve soil health and enhance productivity, the government has launched Uzhavan App.

Salient features of the project

• Promotion of biofertilizers – Chemical fertilizers are easily available in the market. By implementing this scheme, the state authority wants to promote the use and benefits of bio-fertilizers.
• Maintenance of soil quality – Excessive use of chemical fertilizers in soil cannot reduce soil-growth. If so, the farmers will not be able to get good yields after a certain period of time. By using bio-fertilizers, this problem can be easily eliminated.
• High crop quality – Chemical fertilizers leach into food crops, reducing their nutritional qualities. Consumption of crops containing high levels of chemicals can also be harmful to health. Application: Biofertilizers are a safe option that produces good crops but does not harm people's health.
• Cheap Alternative – Fertilizers are essential for good harvest. But because the cost of chemical fertilizers is high, not all farmers can afford them. This is where the importance of biofertilizers comes into play. They are cheaper alternatives.
• Facilitation centers – Development of bio-fertilizers alone is not enough. The state government should create awareness among all the farmers about its benefits. Therefore, information dissemination and connectivity to all farmers will be done through 880 Facilitation Centres
• Distribution of bio-fertilizers - Government will take necessary steps to distribute bio-fertilizers among the farmers. The state commission aims to distribute 6 lakh liters of liquid biofertilizers.
