• மத்திய அரசின் சாலைப் போக்குவரத்து மற்றும் நெடுஞ்சாலைத்துறையின் கீழ் செயல்படும் தேசிய நெடுஞ்சாலை மற்றும் உள்கட்டமைப்பு வளர்ச்சிக் கழகம் (என்எச்ஐடிசிஎல்) இயற்கை பேரிடர் காலங்களில், நெடுஞ்சாலைத்துறை மேற்கொள்ளும் கட்டுமானப் பணிகளில் எதிர்கொள்ளும் சவால்களைத் தீர்க்க ஏதுவான தொழில்நுட்பங்களை உருவாக்குவது தொடர்பாக புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
• 2022-23 நிதியாண்டில் இதுவரை கான்பூர், ஸ்ரீநகர், உத்தராகண்ட் , நாகாலாந்து மற்றும் சிக்கிமில் உள்ள தேசிய தொழில்நுட்ப நிறுவனத்துடன் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் செய்துள்ளது.
• முன்னதாக, மும்பை மற்றும் குவஹாத்தி, இந்திய தொழில்நுட்ப நிறுவனங்களுடன் புரிந்துணர்வு செய்து கொண்டுள்ளது. இதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக 2022- ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர்  14ம் தேதி மணிப்பூர் தேசிய தொழில்நுட்ப நிறுவனத்துடன் புதிய புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. 
• காணொலி காட்சி மூலம் நடைபெற்ற இந்த கையெழுத்திடும் நிகழ்ச்சியில் மணிப்பூர் என்ஐடி இயக்குநர் கௌதம் சுட்ராதர் மற்றும்  என்எச்ஐடிசிஎல் மேலாண்மை இயக்குநர்  சஞ்சல் குமார் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையெழுத்திட்டனர்.

ENGLISH

• The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHITCL), which operates under the Central Government's Road Transport and Highways Department, has entered into an MoU to develop technologies to solve the challenges faced by the highways department during natural calamities.
• It has so far signed MoUs with National Institute of Technology in Kanpur, Srinagar, Uttarakhand, Nagaland and Sikkim for the financial year 2022-23.
• Earlier, Mumbai and Guwahati had MoUs with Indian technology companies. Following this, a new MoU was signed with Manipur National Institute of Technology on 14th December 2022.
• In this signing ceremony held through video presentation, Manipur NIT Director Gautam Sudrathar and NHITCL Managing Director Sanchal Kumar signed the MoU.
