நான் முதல்வன் திட்டம் / NAAN MUTHALVAN SCHEME

• தமிழக பள்ளி, கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் இளைஞர்களின் திறம் மேம்பாட்டு மற்றும் வழிகாட்டும் விதமாக ‘நான் முதல்வன்’ என்ற புதிய திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. 
• தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகம் வாயிலாக மாணவர்களுக்கு பல்வேறு பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படும். பல்வேறு மொழிகளும் கற்றுத்தரப்படும். 
• மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் இளைஞர்களின் திறனை மேம்படுத்தி அவர்களுக்குச் சிறந்த எதிர்காலத்தை உருவாக்குவது இந்த திட்டத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கமாகும்.

நான் முதல்வன் திட்டத்தின் சிறம்பம்சங்கள்

• தமிழகத்தின் பள்ளி, கல்லூரி மாணவ, மாணவியர்கள் மற்றும் இளைஞர்கள், படிப்பில் மட்டுமல்லாது, வாழ்க்கையிலும் வெற்றியாளராக்கும் வகையில் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு மற்றும் வழிகாட்டுதல் திட்டமாக ‘நான் முதல்வன்’ என்கிற புதிய திட்டம் அமைந்துள்ளது.
• ‘நான் முதல்வன்’ திட்டத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கம், ஆண்டுக்கு 10 லட்சம் இளைஞர்களைப் படிப்பில், அறிவில், சிந்தனையில், ஆற்றலில், திறமையில் மேம்படுத்தி நாட்டுக்கு வழங்குதல் ஆகும்.
• இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் சிறப்பம்சமானது, அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளி, கல்லூரி, பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவ, மாணவியர்களின் தனித் திறமைகளை அடையாளம் கண்டு அதனை மேலும் ஊக்குவிப்பது ஆகும்.
• மாணவர்கள் அடுத்தடுத்து என்ன படிக்கலாம், எங்கு படிக்கலாம், எப்படிப் படிக்கலாம் என்றும் வழிகாட்டப்படும்
• தமிழில் தனித் திறன் பெற சிறப்புப் பயிற்சியுடன் ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதவும், சரளமாகப் பேசுவதற்கும், நேர்முக தேர்வுக்கு தயாராவது குறித்தும் பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
• தற்போதைய தொழில்நுட்ப வளர்ச்சிக்கேற்ப பள்ளி மாணவ, மாணவியர்களுக்கு Coding, Robotics போன்ற பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படும்.
• ஒவ்வொரு துறையிலும் தலைசிறந்த சாதனையாளர்களைக் கொண்டு கோடை சிறப்பு வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படும்.
• மனநல மருத்துவர்கள், உடல்நல மருத்துவர்களைக் கொண்டு திடமான உணவு வகைகள் உட்கொள்வது குறித்து ஆலோசனைகள் வழங்குவதுடன், உடற்பயிற்சி, நடை, உடை, நாகரீகம், மக்களோடு பழகுதல், ஆகியவை குறித்தும் பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
• தமிழ்ப் பண்பாடு, மரபு குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வும் மாணவ, மாணவியர்களிடம் ஏற்படுத்தப்படும்.
• இதற்கான பயிற்சிகள் அனைத்தும், தலைசிறந்த பயிற்சியாளர்களைக் கொண்டு நேரடிப் பயிற்சி, இணைய வழிப் பயிற்சி, அவரவர் கல்லூரியில் பயிற்சி, மாவட்ட ரீதியாக பயிற்சி எனத் தேவைக்கேற்ப பயிற்சிகள் அளிக்கப்படும்.
• ஒவ்வொரு பள்ளியிலும் வழிகாட்டி ஆலோசனை மையம் உருவாக்கப்படும். இதற்கென தனியே கலைத்திட்டம் மற்றும் பாடத்திட்டம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு 9 முதல் 12-ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிலும் மாணவ, மாணவியர்களுக்கு தொடர் வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படும்.
• முன்னாள் மாணவர்களைக் கொண்டு அரசுப் பள்ளியில் பயிலும் மாணவ, மாணவியர்களுக்கு தொடர் நெறிப்படுத்தும் (mentoring) முறையும் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும்.
• கல்லூரி மாணவ, மாணவியர்களுக்கு வெளிநாடுகளில் வேலைவாய்ப்யை உறுதி செய்ய அவரவர் விருப்பத்திற்கேற்ப அயல்நாட்டு மொழிகள் (Foreign Language) கற்பிக்கப்படுவதற்கு இத்திட்டத்தில் வழிவகை செய்யப்படும்.
• அரசினர் தொழிற்பயிற்சி நிலையங்கள் Industry 4.0 தரத்திற்கு உயர்த்தப்படும்.
• மாணவ, மாணவியர்களின் தகுதி மற்றும் ஆர்வத்திற்கு ஏற்ப, நாட்டின் தலைசிறந்த நிறுவனங்கள்/புகழ்பெற்ற பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் / திறன் மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனங்களில் சேர்க்கையையும் இந்த தொடர் பயிற்சிகள் மூலம் உறுதி செய்யப்படும்.
• தமிழ்நாடு அரசுத்துறை மற்றும் நிறுவனங்களில் வேலைவாய்ப்புகள், மத்திய அரசின் வேலைவாய்ப்புகள், பிற மாநிலங்களின் வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் ஆகிய அனைத்தும் இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் அறிவிப்புகளாக வெளியிடப்பட்டு, பயிற்சிகள் ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்படும்.

• New program called 'Naan Muluvan' was launched as a skill development and guidance for Tamil Nadu school, college students and youth. Various trainings are provided to the students through Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation. 
• Various languages are also taught. The main objective of this program is to develop the potential of students and youth and create a better future for them.

Highlights of Naan Muthalvan Project

• A new program called 'Nan Muthalvan' is a skill development and guidance program for school, college students and youth of Tamil Nadu to make them successful not only in studies but also in life.
• The main objective of the 'Nan Muthalvan' program is to develop 10 lakh youth in education, knowledge, thinking, energy and skills to the country every year.
• The highlight of this scheme is to identify and promote the individual talents of the students of Government and Government Aided Schools, Colleges and Universities.
• Students will be guided on what to study, where to study and how to study
• Training in writing and speaking fluently in English and preparation for interview will be provided along with special training to acquire special skills in Tamil.
• Training courses like Coding, Robotics will be conducted for school students according to the current technological development.
• Special summer classes will be conducted with top achievers in each department.
• Psychiatrists, health doctors advise on solid food intake and training on exercise, style, dress, manners, socializing, etc.
• Awareness about Tamil culture and tradition will be created among the students.
• All the trainings for this purpose will be provided as per requirement like live training, online training, training in their college, district wise training with the best trainers.
• Guidance counseling center will be established in every school. A separate curriculum and curriculum will be developed for this purpose and a series of classes will be conducted for students studying from 9th to 12th standard.
• Mentoring system will be introduced for students studying in government schools with former students.
• In this scheme, provision will be made to teach foreign languages to college students according to their choice to ensure employment abroad.
• Government vocational training institutes will be upgraded to Industry 4.0 standard.
• As per the merit and interest of the students, admission to top institutions/prestigious universities/skill development institutes of the country will also be ensured through these series of trainings.
• Tamil Nadu Government Departments and Institutions Jobs, Central Government Jobs, Other State Jobs will be published as notifications under this scheme and trainings will be coordinated.
