சமாதான திட்டம் / SAMADHANA SCHEME

• முத்திரைத் தீர்வை மற்றும் வணிக வரிகளில் உள்ள சர்ச்சைகளைத் தீர்ப்பதற்காக இந்தத் திட்டம் உள்ளது.
• முத்திரைக் கட்டணம் மற்றும் பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டிய ஆவணங்களுக்கான சந்தை மதிப்பை நிர்ணயம் செய்வது தொடர்பான சர்ச்சைகளைத் தீர்ப்பதை இது நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
• இது சந்தை மதிப்பில் முடிவெடுக்கும் நிலுவையில் உள்ள ரூ.125 கோடி பணத்தை விடுவிக்க உதவும்.
• கட்டடங்களுக்கு அனுமதி பெறுதல், பட்டா மாறுதல் உள்ளிட்டவற்றுக்கு பொதுமக்கள் சந்தித்துவந்த சிரமத்தை போக்கும் வகையில் தமிழக அரசு "சமாதான திட்டம்' ஒன்றை அறிமுகம் செய்தது.
• இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் மூலம், வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பு அடிப்படையில் செலுத்த வேண்டிய முத்திரை தீர்வை, பதிவுக் கட்டண மதிப்புக்கும், ஆவணத்தில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள மதிப்புக்கு செலுத்திய கட்டணத்துக்கும் இடையே உள்ள வித்தியாசத்தில் மூன்றில் ஒரு பங்கு சலுகை அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.
• கடந்த 2011 நவம்பர் 1-ம் தேதி அறிமுகம் செய்யப்பட்ட இந்தத் திட்டம் ஜனவரி 31-ம் தேதியுடன் முடிவுக்கு வருகிறது.

ENGLISH

• The scheme is for the settlement of disputes in stamp duty and commercial taxes. It aims to resolve the disputes relating to stamp duty and fixation of market value for documents to be registered.
• This would help free Rs 125 crore of money locked up pending a decision on the market value.
• Tamil Nadu Government has introduced a 'Samadhana Scheme' to alleviate the difficulties faced by the public in obtaining permission for buildings, change of leases, etc. 
• Through this scheme, stamp duty payable on the basis of guide value, registration fee and one-third of the difference between the value of the registration fee and the fee paid for the value mentioned in the document is a concession. 
• This scheme was launched on 1st November 2011 and ends on 31st January.
