• தீன் தயாள் உபாதயா கிராமீன் கௌசல்யா யோஜனா (DDU-GKY) என்பது ஊரக வளர்ச்சி அமைச்சகத்தின் (MoRD) கீழ் உள்ள முதன்மை வேலை வாய்ப்பு இணைக்கப்பட்ட திறன் பயிற்சித் திட்டமாகும். 
• செப்டம்பர் 23, 2014 அன்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது, DDU-GKY என்பது தேசிய திறன் மேம்பாட்டுக் கொள்கையின் முக்கிய அங்கமாகும்.
• இந்தியாவின் மக்கள்தொகை உபரியை, கிராமப்புற இந்தியாவை உலகளாவிய அளவில் திறமையான தொழிலாளர்களின் ஆதாரமாக மேம்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் வகுக்கப்படும் மக்கள்தொகைக் கணக்காக மாற்றுவதே இறுதி நோக்கமாகும்.
• திட்டத்தின் கார்பஸ் ரூ.1500 கோடி.
• இந்தத் திட்டமானது நிலையான வேலைவாய்ப்பை வழங்குவதன் மூலம் திறமையானவர்களாகத் தயாராக இருக்கும் 55 மில்லியனுக்கும் அதிகமான ஏழை கிராமப்புற இளைஞர்களுக்கும் பயனளிக்கும்.
• DDU-GKY என்பது இந்தியாவில் தரநிலைகள்-தலைமையிலான திறன்களை வழங்குவதில் முன்னோடியாகும், பயிற்சிக்கான நிலையான இயக்க நடைமுறைகளை முதன்முதலில் அறிவித்தது மற்றும் பயிற்சியாளர்களுக்கான கட்டாய டேப்லெட்டுகள், வருகை மற்றும் க்ரோ பற்றிய ஆதார்-இணைக்கப்பட்ட பயோமெட்ரிக் தகவல் உள்ளிட்ட திறன்களுக்கான IT தீர்வை அறிமுகப்படுத்திய முதல் நிறுவனமாகும். பயிற்சி மையங்கள் மற்றும் வகுப்புகளின் குறியிடப்பட்ட நேர-முத்திரை பதிவேடு.

பணி

• வறுமையைக் குறைப்பதன் மூலம் ஏழைகள் குடும்பங்கள் ஆதாயமான மற்றும் நிலையான வேலைவாய்ப்பைப் பெறுவதற்கு வழிவகுத்து, வழக்கமான ஊதியத்தை வழங்கும்.

• கிராமப்புற ஏழைகளை இந்திய மற்றும் உலக முதலாளிகள் விரும்பத்தக்கதாக மாற்றுவதற்காக, திறன்களை வழங்குவதில் தரம் மற்றும் தரநிலைகள் முதன்மையானவை.

முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்

• DDU-GKY என்பது கிராமப்புற இளைஞர்களுக்கான சந்தை வழிநடத்தும், வேலைவாய்ப்பு-இணைக்கப்பட்ட பயிற்சித் திட்டமாகும், இது PPP மூலம் திட்ட அமலாக்க முகவர்களால் (PIA) மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
• PIA கள் பயிற்சி பெற்ற வேட்பாளர்களுக்கு 75 சதவிகிதம் வேலை வாய்ப்பை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும். இந்தத் திட்டங்களின் கவனம் 15 முதல் 35 வயதுக்குட்பட்ட ஏழைக் குடும்பங்களைச் சேர்ந்த கிராமப்புற இளைஞர்கள்:
• சமூக ரீதியாக பின்தங்கிய பிரிவினர் - SC/ST பிரிவினருக்கு 50 சதவீதம், சிறுபான்மையினருக்கு 15 சதவீதம் மற்றும் பெண்களுக்கு 33 சதவீதம் ஒதுக்கீடு.
• இந்தத் திட்டம் தொழில் பயிற்சிகள் மூலம் பிரதமரின் மேக் இன் இந்தியா பிரச்சாரத்தை ஊக்குவிக்கிறது, இது தொழில் பயிற்சிக்கு இடையிலான கூட்டு கூட்டாண்மையால் ஆதரிக்கப்படுகிறது, தொழில்துறை மற்றும் DDU-GKY இடையேயான கூட்டு கூட்டாண்மை மூலம் ஆதரிக்கப்படுகிறது.
• DDU-GKY நாடு முழுவதும் பொருந்தும். • Deen Dayal Upadhaya Grameen kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is the flagship placement linked skill training programme under the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD). 
• Announced on September 23, 2014, DDU-GKY is a critical component of the National Skill Development policy.
• The ultimate aim is to convert India's demographic surplus into a demographic divided by developing rural India into a globally preferred source of skilled labour.
• Scheme corpus is Rs.1500 crore.
• The scheme will also benefit more than 55 million poor rural youth who are ready to be skilled by providing sustainable employment.
• DDU-GKY is a pioneer in standards - led delivery of skilling in India, the first to notify standard operating procedures for training and the first to introduce IT solution for skilling, including mandatory tablets for trainees, Aadhar -linked biometric information on attendance and gro-tagged time- stamped record of training centers and classes.

Mission

• To reduce poverty by enabling poor for households to access gainful and sustainable employment through employment that provides a regular wage.

• Social mobilization, as well a network of strong institutions are essential in order to develop India's demographic surplus into a dividend.
• Quality and standards are paramount in the delivery of skills, in order to make the rural poor desirable to both Indian and global employers.

Key Features 

• The DDU-GKY is a market led, placement- linked training program for the rural youth, undertaken through the PPP by project Implementing Agencies (PIA)
• PIAs are mandated to assure placement to 75 per cent to candidates trained by them. The focus of these programmes is on the rural youth from poor families in the age group of 15 to 35 years , belonging to
• Socially disadvantaged groups - 50 per cent allocation to SC/ST groups, 15 percent to minorities and 33 per cent for women.
• The programme promote the prime Minister's Make in India 's Campaign through Industry Internships, supported by joint partnership between industry Internship, supported by joint partnerships between industry and DDU-GKY.
• DDU-GKY is applicable to the entire country. By training holistic, job-ready candidates to simultaneously meet our objectives of economic growth and poverty alleviation under the DDU-GKY strategy, helping industries prosper grow, not just nationally but on a global level
