• தேசிய கூட்டுறவு மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகம் (NCDC) இளைஞர்களின் விருப்பங்களையும் தேவைகளையும் பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்காக யுவ சககர் - கூட்டுறவு நிறுவன ஆதரவு மற்றும் புதுமைத் திட்டம் என்ற இளைஞர் நட்பு திட்டத்தை அறிவித்தது. 
• மத்திய வேளாண்மை மற்றும் விவசாயிகள் நலத்துறை அமைச்சர், வேளாண்மை மற்றும் விவசாயிகள் நல அமைச்சகத்தின் கீழ், நவம்பர் 14, 2018 அன்று யுவ சககர் திட்டத்தைத் தொடங்கினார்.
• தேசிய கூட்டுறவு மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகம் (NCDC) CSIF (கூட்டுறவு தொடக்க மற்றும் புதுமை நிதி)க்கு ரூ.1000 கோடி பங்களிக்கிறது.

குறிக்கோள்

• NCDC ஆல் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட ரூ.1000 கோடி ‘கூட்டுறவு தொடக்க மற்றும் கண்டுபிடிப்பு நிதி (CSIF)’ உடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• தொழில்முனைவோர் திட்டம் தங்கள் சொந்த தொழில் தொடங்க விரும்பும் இளைஞர்களுக்கு நிதி வழங்குகிறது.

• The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) had announced a youth-friendly scheme named Yuva Sahakar – Cooperative Enterprise Support and Innovation Scheme to satisfy the ambitions and needs of the young. 
• The Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, under Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, launched the Yuva Sahakar Scheme on November 14, 2018.
• The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) contributes Rs.1000 crore to the CSIF (Cooperative Start-up and Innovation Fund).

Objective

• Linked to Rs 1000 crore ‘Cooperative Start-up and Innovation Fund (CSIF)’ created by the NCDC.
• Envisages 2% less than applicable rate of interest on term loan for the project cost up to Rs 3 crore including 2 years moratorium on payment of principal

Yuva Sahakar Scheme – Its Features and Benefits

• The NCDC has created a special fund with permissive characteristics that allows young people to participate in the plan.
• The initiative is linked to the NCDC-approved Cooperative Start-up and Innovation Fund, which has a fund size of Rs.1000 crores.
• Cooperatives in the North-Eastern area and aspirational districts are given greater incentives under the scheme.
• Women, Scheduled Caste, and Scheduled Tribe candidates receive special consideration.
• Sahakar 22, a Mission to Double Farmers’ Income by 2022, includes the Yuva Sahakar Scheme.

Benefits of the Yuva Sahakar Scheme

• The entrepreneurship program provides funds to young people who want to start their own business.
• They provide financial assistance that pays up to 80% of said Cooperative Start-up as well as Innovation Fund.
• The initiative provides a rate of interest which is 2% lower than the standard rate on lending for projects costing up to Rs. 3 crore, as well as a two-year moratorium on principle payments.
• Individuals’ funds are safe, and they can receive Start-up capital swiftly.
