INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT WEEK 2025 | சர்வதேச வளர்ச்சி வாரம் 2025: சர்வதேச வளர்ச்சி வாரம் (IDW) ஒரு தனித்துவமான கனடிய பாரம்பரியமாகும், மேலும் இந்த ஆண்டு சர்வதேச வளர்ச்சி வாரம் 2025 பிப்ரவரி 2 முதல் 8 வரை நடைபெறும்.

சர்வதேச வளர்ச்சி வாரம் (IDW) ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் பிப்ரவரி முதல் முழு வாரத்தில் நினைவுகூரப்படுகிறது. சர்வதேச வளர்ச்சியில் கவனத்தை ஈர்ப்பதும், வறுமையை ஒழிப்பதற்கும் மேலும் அமைதியான, உள்ளடக்கிய மற்றும் செழிப்பான உலகத்தை நோக்கி கனேடியர்கள் எவ்வாறு பங்களித்துள்ளனர் என்பதை முன்னிலைப்படுத்துவதும் இந்த நாளின் நோக்கமாகும். 

இது இரண்டு தசாப்தங்களுக்கு முன்னர் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு தனித்துவமான கனடிய பாரம்பரியமாகும். ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் இந்த நாளுக்கு ஒரு புதிய தீம் இல்லை, பல கருப்பொருள்கள் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட சிக்கலை நோக்கி பல ஆண்டுகளாக தொடர்ந்து செயல்படுகின்றன.

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT WEEK 2025 | சர்வதேச வளர்ச்சி வாரம் 2025: அக்டோபர் 1988 இல், கனடிய சர்வதேச மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனம் வளர்ச்சி தினத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது. இது உலக அமைதியை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான கல்வி முதல் வளர்ச்சித் திட்டத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாகும். 

உலகளாவிய விவகாரங்கள் கனடா இந்த பாரம்பரியத்தின் கட்டுப்பாட்டை எடுத்து, சர்வதேச வளர்ச்சி வாரத்தை கடைபிடிக்க கனேடிய நிறுவனங்களுடன் ஒத்துழைத்தது.

இந்த தனித்துவமான கனேடிய பாரம்பரியம் 1991 இல் தொடங்கியது. அன்றிலிருந்து, சர்வதேச வளர்ச்சி வாரம் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் பிப்ரவரி முதல் முழு வாரத்தில் நடத்தப்படுகிறது.

பாலின சமத்துவம், கல்வி, சுகாதாரம், உணவு பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் காலநிலை நடவடிக்கை. இவை கனடாவின் சர்வதேச அபிவிருத்தி முன்னுரிமைகள் மற்றும் SDGகள் இரண்டையும் பிரதிபலிக்கின்றன.

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT WEEK 2025: International Development Week (IDW) is a uniquely Canadian tradition and this year International Development Week 2025 will take place from February 2 to 8.

International Development Week (IDW) is commemorated every year during the first full week of February. The aim of the day is to draw attention to international development and bring to highlight how Canadians have contributed to eradicating poverty and toward a more peaceful, inclusive, and prosperous world. 

This is a uniquely Canadian tradition that first began more than two decades ago. This year International Development Week 2024 will take place from February 4 to 10. The day does not have a new theme dedicated to it each year, several themes are often continued for years working toward a particular issue.

History

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT WEEK 2025: In October 1988, the Canadian International Development Agency introduced Development Day. This was a part of the Education to Development Program to promote global peace. 

Global Affairs Canada took the reins of this tradition and collaborated with Canadian organisations to observe International Development Week.

This unique Canadian tradition began in 1991. Ever since then, International Development Week has been held every year during the first full week of February. During this week, all the citizens of Canada come together to inform, inspire, and involve Canadians in Canada’s international development efforts.
