• இந்திய கடற்படையின் கிழக்கு கடற்படை கட்டளை தலைமையகமான விசாகபட்டணத்தில் பிப்ரவரி 23, 24 ஆகிய தேதிகளில், வருடாந்திர மறுசீரமைப்பு மாநாடு 23 மற்றும் வருடாந்திர உள்கட்டமைப்பு மற்றும் உள்நாட்டுமயமாக்கல் மாநாடு 23 நடத்தப்பட்டது. 
• மாநாடு வைஸ் அட்மிரல் சந்தீப் நைதானி தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது. மறுசீரமைப்புத் திட்டங்கள், இந்திய கடற்படையின் கப்பல்கள்/நீர்மூழ்கிக் கப்பல்களின் செயல்பாடுகள், இந்திய கடற்படையின் வளர்ந்து வரும் தேவைகளைப் பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்கான உள்கட்டமைப்பை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான திட்டங்கள் ஆகியவை மாநாட்டின் போது விவாதிக்கப்பட்டன.
• ஏஐஐசி கூட்டத்தில், பல்வேறு தொழில்நுட்ப மற்றும் கடல் உள்கட்டமைப்பு திட்டங்களின் முன்னேற்றம் குறித்து மதிப்பாய்வு செய்யப்பட்டது. இந்திய கடற்படையில் பழுதுபார்ப்பு மற்றும் மறுசீரமைப்பு வசதிகளை மேம்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்ட தொழில்நுட்ப உள்கட்டமைப்பு திட்டங்களின் வேகம் குறித்து திருப்தி தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. 
• மேலும், அடுத்த 15 ஆண்டுகளில் உள்வாங்க திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ள எதிர்கால தளங்களுக்கு கூடுதல் இடத்தை உருவாக்குதல் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு கடல் உள்கட்டமைப்பு திட்டங்கள் இந்த சந்திப்பின் போது ஆய்வு செய்யப்பட்டன.
• மத்திய அரசின் தற்சார்பு இந்தியா முன்முயற்சிக்கு இணங்க, இந்த மாநாட்டின் போது உள்நாட்டுமயமாக்கல் குறித்த பிரத்யேக அமர்வும் நடத்தப்பட்டது. இந்த மாநாட்டில் இந்திய கடற்படையின் பல்வேறு அமைப்புகளின் பிரதிநிதிகள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

• The Annual Restructuring Conference 23 and the Annual Infrastructure and Indigenization Conference 23 were held on February 23 and 24 at the Indian Navy's Eastern Naval Command Headquarters, Visakhapatnam. 
• The conference was chaired by Vice Admiral Sandeep Naithani. Restructuring plans, operations of ships/submarines of the Indian Navy, plans to upgrade infrastructure to meet the growing needs of the Indian Navy were discussed during the conference.
• During the AIIC meeting, the progress of various technological and marine infrastructure projects was reviewed. Satisfaction was expressed over the pace of technical infrastructure projects aimed at improving repair and overhaul facilities in the Indian Navy. 
• Also, various offshore infrastructure projects, including creating additional space for future platforms planned to be absorbed over the next 15 years, were reviewed during the meeting.
• A special session on Indigenization was also held during the conference in line with the Central Government's Self-Reliance India Initiative. The conference was attended by representatives of various organizations of the Indian Navy.
