உலக மகிழ்ச்சி தினம் ஆண்டுதோறும், மார்ச் 20ல் கொண்டாடப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதையொட்டி நேற்று, மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கும் நாடுகளின் தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலை, ஐ.நா.,வின் நீடித்த வளர்ச்சி தீர்வுகள் அமைப்பு வெளியிட்டு உள்ளது.
வருமானம், ஆரோக்கியம், சுதந்திரம் மற்றும் ஊழல் இல்லாமை ஆகிய- காரணிகள் அடிப்படையில், 150-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நாடுகளில் இதற்கான ஆய்வு நடத்தப்பட்டது.
இந்தப் பட்டியலில், தொடர்ந்து ஆறாவது ஆண்டாக, ஐரோப்பிய நாடான பின்லாந்து முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளது. ஐரோப்பிய நாடுகளான டென்மார்க், ஐஸ்லாந்து ஆகிய நாடுகள் முறையே இரண்டாம் மற்றும் மூன்றாம் இடத்தை பிடித்துள்ளன.
இந்த தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலில், இந்தியா, 125வது இடத்தில் உள்ளது. நம் அண்டை நாடுகளான நேபாளம், சீனா, வங்கதேசம் மற்றும் இலங்கையை விடவும் இந்தியா பின்தங்கி உள்ளது. தலிபான் ஆட்சி நடக்கும் ஆப்கானிஸ்தான், தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலில் கடைசி இடத்தில் உள்ளது.

World Happiness Day is celebrated annually on March 20. In this regard, yesterday, the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Organization has published a ranking list of countries that are happy.
The study was conducted across more than 150 countries based on factors such as income, health, freedom and lack of corruption. For the sixth year in a row, European country Finland has topped the list. European countries like Denmark and Iceland are ranked second and third respectively.
India is at 125th position in this ranking list. India also lags behind our neighbors Nepal, China, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Afghanistan, ruled by the Taliban, is at the bottom of the ranking.
