• இந்திய தலைமைத்துவத்தின் கீழ் உள்ள ஜி 20 பேரிடர் ஆபத்துக் குறைப்புப் பணிக்குழு (டி.ஆர்.ஆர்.டபிள்யூ.ஜி) சென்னையில் இன்று மூன்றாவது மற்றும் இறுதி கூட்டத்தை நிறைவுசெய்தது. 
• ஆரம்ப எச்சரிக்கை அமைப்புகளின் உலகளாவிய கவனிப்பு, பேரிடர் மற்றும் பருவநிலை நெகிழ்வு உள்கட்டமைப்பு, பேரிடர் அபாயக் குறைப்புக்கான நிதி கட்டமைப்பு, பேரிடர் நிவாரண அமைப்பு, பேரிடர் ஆபத்துக் குறைப்புக்கு சுற்றுச்சூழல் அடிப்படையிலான அணுகுமுறை ஆகிய ஐந்து முன்னுரிமை பகுதிகளின் கீழ் தொடர்புடைய நடவடிக்கை அம்சங்களை அனைத்து ஜி 20 உறுப்பினர்களும் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டனர்.
• புதிய பேரிடர் அபாயங்களைத் தடுப்பதற்கும் தற்போதுள்ள பேரிடர் அபாயங்களைக் குறைப்பதற்கும் நாடுகளிடையே ஒருமித்த கருத்தை உருவாக்கும் பேரிடர் அபாயக் குறைப்புக்கான சென்டாய் கட்டமைப்பிற்கான (2015-2030) தங்கள் உறுதிப்பாட்டை இது மீண்டும் உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறது. 
• இரண்டு நாட்கள் நடைபெற்ற கூட்டத்தின் விரிவான பேச்சுவார்த்தைகள் ஜி 20 உறுப்பு நாடுகள், அழைக்கப்பட்ட நாடுகள், சர்வதேச அமைப்புகள் மற்றும் அறிவுசார் பங்கேற்பாளர்களை ஒன்றிணைத்தன.
• பல ஆபத்து முன்னெச்சரிக்கை அமைப்புகளின் உலகளாவிய கவனத்தை அதிகரிப்பதற்கான தங்கள் முயற்சிகளை விரைவுபடுத்துவதற்கும், அவற்றை ஆரம்ப நடவடிக்கையாக மாற்றுவதற்கும் உறுப்பினர்கள் ஒப்புக்கொண்டனர். 
• முன்கூட்டிய நடவடிக்கையை ஆதரிப்பதற்கான திறன்களை உருவாக்குவதற்கும், முன்கூட்டியே ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட நிதியை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்கும் வெவ்வேறு பங்குதாரர்களிடையே ஒத்துழைப்பை இவை ஊக்குவிக்கும். இதனால் உயிர்களையும் வாழ்வாதாரங்களையும் ஆரம்பகால நடவடிக்கை காப்பாற்றும்.
• தரமான உள்கட்டமைப்பு முதலீட்டிற்கான ஜி 20 கொள்கைகளில் கவனம் செலுத்தி, பேரிடர் மற்றும் பருவநிலையைத் தாங்கவல்ல உள்கட்டமைப்பில் முதலீடுகளின் அவசியத்தையும் உறுப்பினர்கள் வலியுறுத்தினர். 
• நெகிழ்திறன் மிக்க மற்றும் ஒன்றோடொன்று இணைக்கப்பட்ட உள்கட்டமைப்புத் திட்டங்களுக்கான பொது-தனியார் கூட்டாண்மை, கலப்பு நிதி வழிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிர்வாக அமைப்புகளை வலுப்படுத்த வேண்டியதன் அவசியத்தை அவர்கள் அங்கீகரித்தனர். 
• பல்வேறு பங்குதாரர்களிடையே உள்கட்டமைப்பு தாங்குதிறன் குறித்த அறிவு மற்றும் நிபுணத்துவத்தைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளும் மனப்பான்மையில், பேரிடரைத் தாங்கும் உள்கட்டமைப்பு குறித்த நல்ல நடைமுறைகளின் தொகுப்பிற்கு அவர்கள் தன்னார்வ பங்களிப்புகளைச் செய்துள்ளனர்.
• பேரிடர் ஆபத்துக் குறைப்புக்கான நிதியை அதிகரிப்பது, பொது மற்றும் தனியார் துறை முதலீட்டு முடிவுகளில் பேரிடர் ஆபத்துக் குறைப்பை சிறப்பாக ஒருங்கிணைப்பது ஆகியவற்றின் அவசரத் தேவையை ஜி 20 வலியுறுத்தியது. 
• பேரிடர் அபாய நிதி,பேரிடர் ஆபத்துக் குறைப்பு நிதியளிப்பு ஆகியவற்றுக்கு இடையிலான ஒருங்கிணைப்பை அபாய அடுக்கு அணுகுமுறையில் தற்போதைய விரிவான தேசிய நிதி உத்திகளை வலுப்படுத்த ஜி 20 உறுப்பினர்கள் ஒப்புக்கொண்டனர். 
• பேரழிவுகளின் பொருளாதார தாக்கத்தை பகுப்பாய்வு செய்வதற்கும் அளவிடுவதற்கும் மதிப்பீட்டு கருவிகளின் பயன்பாட்டை உருவாக்கவும் ஊக்குவிக்கவும் அவர்கள் ஒப்புக்கொண்டனர்.
• மேலும், தேசிய மற்றும் உலகளாவிய பேரழிவு தயார்நிலை, மீட்பு, புனர்வாழ்வு மற்றும் புனரமைப்பு அமைப்புகளை வலுப்படுத்துவதையும், கடந்தகால பேரழிவுகளிலிருந்து படிப்பினைகளைக் கற்றுக்கொள்வதையும் நாடுகள் நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளன. 
• கடைசி முன்னுரிமையில், டி.ஆர்.ஆருக்கு இயற்கை அடிப்படையிலான தீர்வுகள் மற்றும் சுற்றுச்சூழல் அடிப்படையிலான அணுகுமுறைகளை திறம்பட பயன்படுத்த வேண்டியதன் அவசியத்தை உறுப்பினர்கள் வலியுறுத்தினர்.
• பேரிடர் அபாய குறைப்பு பணிக்குழு 2022 டிசம்பரில் இந்திய தலைமைத்துவத்தால் புதிதாக தொடங்கப்பட்டது, இது ஜி 20 க்கு இந்தியாவின் பங்களிப்பாகும். 
• 2023 டிசம்பரில் ஜி 20 -ன் தலைமைப் பொறுப்பை ஏற்கும்போது பிரேசில் தலைவர் டி.ஆர்.ஆர்.டபிள்யூ.ஜி.யை முன்னெடுத்துச் செல்வார்.

• The Indian-led G20 Disaster Risk Reduction Working Group (DRWG) concluded its third and final meeting in Chennai today.
• All G20 members agreed on relevant action items under five priority areas: global monitoring of early warning systems, disaster and climate resilience infrastructure, financial framework for disaster risk reduction, disaster relief system, ecosystem-based approach to disaster risk reduction.
• It reaffirms their commitment to the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction (2015-2030), which builds consensus among countries to prevent new disaster risks and reduce existing disaster risks.
• The comprehensive discussions of the two-day meeting brought together G20 member states, invited countries, international organizations and intellectual participants.
• Members agreed to accelerate their efforts to increase the global focus of several hazard warning systems and make them an early step.
• These will encourage collaboration between different stakeholders to build capacities to support early action and promote pre-arranged financing. Thus early action can save lives and livelihoods.
• Focusing on the G20 principles for quality infrastructure investment, members also emphasized the need for investments in disaster and climate resilient infrastructure.
• They recognized the need to strengthen public-private partnerships, mixed financing mechanisms and governance structures for resilient and interconnected infrastructure projects.
• In the spirit of sharing knowledge and expertise on infrastructure resilience among various stakeholders, they have made voluntary contributions to a set of good practices on disaster resilient infrastructure.
• The G20 emphasized the urgent need to increase funding for disaster risk reduction and better integrate disaster risk reduction into public and private sector investment decisions.
• G20 members agreed to strengthen existing comprehensive national financing strategies in a risk layer approach to coordination between disaster risk financing and disaster risk reduction financing.
• They agreed to develop and promote the use of assessment tools to analyze and measure the economic impact of disasters.
• Furthermore, countries aim to strengthen national and global disaster preparedness, rescue, rehabilitation and reconstruction systems and learn lessons from past disasters.
• In the last priority, members emphasized the need for effective use of nature-based solutions and ecosystem-based approaches to DRR.
• The Task Force on Disaster Risk Reduction was newly launched by the Indian leadership in December 2022, which is India's contribution to the G20.
• The Brazilian president will lead the DRRRWG when he takes over the presidency of the G20 in December 2023.
