பாரம்பரிய மருந்துகள் குறித்த இந்தியா - ஆசியான் மாநாடு / India-ASEAN Conference on Traditional Medicines

• அமைச்சகம், வெளியுறவு அமைச்சகம் மற்றும் ஆசியான் இந்திய தூதரகத்துடன் இணைந்து பாரம்பரிய மருந்துகள் குறித்த இந்தியா மற்றும் தென்கிழக்கு ஆசிய நாடுகளின் கூட்டமைப்பு (ஆசியான்) ஆகியவற்றின் மாநாட்டை புதுதில்லியில் ஏற்பாடு செய்தது. 
• நிலையான வளர்ச்சி இலக்குகள் மற்றும் உலகளாவிய சுகாதார பாதுகாப்பை அடைய நிலையான மற்றும் நெகிழ்வான சுகாதார அமைப்புகளை ஒருங்கிணைப்பதாக உறுதியளித்தது.
• இந்த மாநாட்டில் மத்திய ஆயுஷ் மற்றும் துறைமுகங்கள், கப்பல் மற்றும் நீர்வழித் துறை அமைச்சர் திரு சர்பானந்தா சோனோவால் மற்றும் ஆயுஷ் மற்றும் மகளிர் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் மேம்பாட்டுத் துறை இணை அமைச்சர் டாக்டர் முஞ்பாரா மகேந்திரபாய் கலுபாய் ஆகியோர் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொண்டனர். ஆயுஷ் செயலாளர் திரு வைத்யா ராஜேஷ் கோடேச்சா, பிற பிரமுகர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசியான் நாடுகளின் பிரதிநிதிகள் இந்த நிகழ்வில் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
• இந்தியா மற்றும் ஆசியான் நாடுகளைச் சேர்ந்த இரண்டு ஆசியான் நாடுகள் உட்பட மொத்தம் 75 பிரதிநிதிகள் மெய்நிகர் முறையில் பங்கேற்ற இந்த மதிப்புமிக்க மாநாட்டின் ஒரு பகுதியாக இருந்தனர்.

• The Ministry, in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs and the Embassy of India in ASEAN, organized an India-Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Conference on Traditional Medicine in New Delhi.
• It pledged to integrate sustainable and resilient health systems to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and universal health coverage.
• Union Minister for AYUSH and Ports, Shipping and Waterways Mr. Sarbananda Sonowal and Minister of State for AYUSH and Women and Child Development Dr. Munpara Mahendrabhai Kaluphai attended the conference as special guests. AYUSH Secretary Mr. Vaidya Rajesh Godecha, other dignitaries and representatives of ASEAN countries attended the event.
• A total of 75 delegates including two ASEAN countries from India and ASEAN countries were part of this prestigious conference which participated virtually.
