ரிஸ்க் ஃபைவ் (RISC-V) வழியில் இந்தியாவின் மின்னணுவியல் எதிர்காலம் என்ற தலைப்பில் டிஜிட்டல் இந்தியா கருத்தரங்கம் / Digital India Symposium on 'India's Electronics Future through Risk Five (RISC-V)'

• ரிஸ்க் ஃபைவ் (RISC-V) வழியில் இந்தியாவின் மின்னணுவியல் எதிர்காலம்' என்பதை விளக்கும் வகையில் 'டிஜிட்டல் இந்தியா RISC-V' என்ற ஒருநாள் கருத்தரங்கு சென்னையில் உள்ள இந்திய தொழில்நுட்பக் கழகத்தில் (ஐஐடி மெட்ராஸ்) இன்று (6 ஆகஸ்ட் 2023) நடைபெற்றது.
• மதிப்பிற்குரிய கல்வியாளர்கள், தொழில் வல்லுநர்களின் நுண்ணறிவுமிக்க தொழில்நுட்ப உரைகள், உள்நாட்டுத் தயாரிப்பான ரிஸ்க்-ஃபைவ் பிராசசர்களின் விற்பனைக் காட்சியகம், கலந்துரையாடல், சிறப்பு முதலீட்டாளர் சந்திப்பு போன்றவை இக்கருத்தரங்கில் இடம்பெற்றிருந்தன.
• இந்திய அரசின் மின்னணுவியல் மற்றும் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப அமைச்சகம், ஐஐடி மெட்ராஸ், ஐஐடிஎம் பிரவர்த்தக் டெக்னாலஜிஸ் பவுண்டேஷன் ஆகியவை இணைந்து இந்த கருத்தரங்கிற்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தன. 
• காணொலி வாயிலாக மத்திய மின்னணுவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பத்துறை இணை அமைச்சர் திரு. ராஜீவ் சந்திரசேகர் இதில் பங்கேற்றார். 
• ஐஐடி மெட்ராஸ் இயக்குநர் பேராசிரியர் வி.காமகோடி ஆகியோருடன் ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள், பேராசிரியர்கள், மாணவர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பலரும் இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்றனர்.
• தன்னிறைவு லட்சியத்துடன் தற்சார்பு இந்தியா திட்டத்தின் கீழ் முன்னேற்றங்களை அடைய உறுதியான நடவடிக்கைகளை மத்திய அரசு மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது. 
• அதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக டிஜிட்டல் இந்தியா ரிஸ்க் ஃபைவ் (RISC-V) மைக்ரோபிராசசர் (DIR-V) என்ற திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எதிர்கால இந்தியாவிற்கும், உலகிற்கும் பயனளிக்கும் மைக்ரோ பிராசசர்களை டிசம்பர் 2023-க்குள் உருவாக்கி தொழில்ரீதியாக சிலிக்கான் மற்றும் வடிவமைப்பில் வெற்றிபெறுவது இத்திட்டத்தின் இலக்காகும்.

• A one-day seminar titled 'Digital India RISC-V' was held today (6th August 2023) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras), Chennai to explain India's future of electronics through RISC-V (RISC-V).
• The seminar featured insightful technical talks by respected academicians, industry experts, sales gallery of indigenously manufactured RISK-FIVE processors, panel discussion, special investor meeting etc.
• The seminar was jointly organized by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, IIT Madras and IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation. Union Minister of State for Electronics and Technology Mr. Rajeev Chandrasekhar participated in it.
• IIT Madras Director Professor V. Kamakody along with researchers, professors, students and many others participated in the event. The central government is taking concrete steps to achieve progress under the Self-reliant India scheme with the ambition of self-sufficiency.
• As a part of it Digital India Risk Five (RISC-V) Microprocessor (DIR-V) project has been launched. The goal of the program is to commercially succeed in silicon and design by December 2023 to create microprocessors that will benefit India and the world in the future.
