தேசிய அனல் மின் கழகமும், ஆயில் இந்தியா நிறுவனம் இடையே புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் / MoU between National Thermal Power Corporation and Oil India

• இந்தியாவின் மிகப்பெரிய ஒருங்கிணைந்த மின் பயன்பாட்டுக் கழகமும், நாட்டின் இரண்டாவது பெரிய தேசிய எண்ணெய் மற்றும் எரிவாயு நிறுவனமும் புதுப்பிக்கத்தக்க எரிசக்தித் துறையில் ஒன்றிணைந்து செயல்பட கைகோர்த்துள்ளன. 
• தேசிய அனல் மின் கழகம் (என்டிபிசி) ஆயில் இந்தியா ஆகியவை புதுப்பிக்கத்தக்க எரிசக்தி, பசுமை ஹைட்ரஜன், அதன் கூறுகள் மற்றும் புவிவெப்ப ஆற்றலைப் பயன்படுத்துவது உள்ளிட்ட கரியமிலவாயு நீக்கத்தின் முன்முயற்சிகளில் ஒத்துழைப்பை ஆராய்வதற்காக ஆகஸ்ட் 31, 2023 அன்று புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையெழுத்திட்டன. 
• இந்த புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் புதுதில்லியில், அனல் மின் கழகத் தலைவரும், மேலாண்மை இயக்குநருமான திரு குர்தீப் சிங் ஆயில் இந்தியா நிறுவனத்தின் தலைவர் மற்றும் மேலாண்ம இயக்குநர் டாக்டர் ரஞ்சித் ராத் ஆகியோர் முன்னிலையில் கையெழுத்தானது.
• இந்தப் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் கரியமிலவாயு செறிவூட்டல், கரியமிலவாயு நீக்கத்தின் தொழில்நுட்பங்கள் குறித்த அறிவையும் அனுபவத்தையும் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள உதவும். 
• இந்தப் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தின் மூலம், புதுப்பிக்கத்தக்க எரிசக்தி துறையில் தங்கள் ஈடுபாட்டை அதிகரிக்கவும், 2070 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்குள் கரியமிலவாயு வெளியேற்றம் இல்லாத நிலையை அடைவதற்கான நாட்டின் இலக்கிற்கு நிலையான தீர்வுகளில் ஈடுபடவும் இந்த இரண்டு மகாரத்னா நிறுவனங்களும் உத்தேசித்துள்ளன. 
• 2032-ஆம் ஆண்டிற்குள் 60 ஜிகாவாட் புதுப்பிக்கத்தக்க எரிசக்தி திறனை அடைய என்.டி.பி.சி உறுதிபூண்டுள்ளது.

• India's largest integrated power utility and the country's second largest national oil and gas company have joined hands to work together in the renewable energy sector.
• National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) and Oil India signed an MoU on August 31, 2023 to explore collaboration in decarbonisation initiatives including renewable energy, green hydrogen, its components and use of geothermal energy.
• The MoU was signed in New Delhi in the presence of Mr. Gurdeep Singh, Chairman and Managing Director, Anal Ein Kazhagam and Dr. Ranjit Rath, Chairman and Managing Director, Oil India.
• This MoU will facilitate sharing of knowledge and experience in carbon enrichment and decarbonisation technologies.
• Through this MoU, the two Maharatna companies intend to increase their involvement in the renewable energy sector and engage in sustainable solutions towards the country's goal of achieving zero carbon emissions by 2070. NTPC is committed to achieving 60 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2032.
