உலக சுகாதார உச்சி மாநாடு 2023 / WORLD HEALTH SUMMIT 2023

"நமது குடிமக்களின் நல்வாழ்வில் தொற்றா நோய்களின் பரவல் மற்றும் தாக்கத்தைக் குறைக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் தடுப்பு நடவடிக்கைகள், ஆரம்பகால விவாதம் மற்றும் திறமையான மேலாண்மை ஆகியவற்றை உள்ளடக்கிய ஒரு விரிவான உத்தியின் அவசியத்தை இந்தியா உறுதியாக வலியுறுத்துகிறது" என்று மத்திய சுகாதார மற்றும் குடும்ப நலத்துறை இணையமைச்சர் டாக்டர் பாரதி பிரவீன் பவார் கூறியுள்ளார்.

உலக சுகாதார உச்சி மாநாடு 2023 இல் "ஆரம்ப பராமரிப்பில் தொற்றா நோய்கள் குறித்த ஒருங்கிணைப்பை அதிகரிப்பது" குறித்த உயர்மட்டக் குழு விவாதத்தில் ஆற்றிய தனது மெய்நிகர் உரையின் போது இதைக் கூறினார்.

உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பின் இந்தியப் பிரதிநிதி டாக்டர் ரோடெரிகோ எச்.ஆப்ரின் இதில் கலந்து கொண்டார். இந்த ஆண்டு உலக சுகாதார உச்சி மாநாட்டின் கருப்பொருள் "உலகளாவிய சுகாதார நடவடிக்கைக்கான ஒரு வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட ஆண்டு" என்பதாகும்.

"India strongly emphasizes the need for a comprehensive strategy that includes preventive measures, early intervention and efficient management aimed at reducing the spread and impact of communicable diseases on the well-being of our citizens," said Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Dr Bharati Praveen Pawar.

He said this during his virtual address at the World Health Summit 2023 at the high-level panel discussion on "Increasing Coordination on Infectious Diseases in Primary Care".

Dr. Roderigo H. Abrin, Indian Representative of the World Health Organization participated in it. The theme of this year's World Health Summit is "A Determining Year for Global Health Action".
