தமிழ்நாடு அபெக்ஸ் ஸ்கில் டெவலப்மென்ட் சென்டர் ஃபார் ஹெல்த்கேர் வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் பயிற்சித் துறையில் நடைபெற்ற விழாவில் ரவுண்ட் டேபிள் இந்தியாவுடன் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் மேற்கொள்ளபட்டது.

இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகத்தின் நிர்வாக இயக்குநர் இன்னசென்ட் திவ்யா ஐஏஎஸ் தலமையில், தமிழ்நாடு அபெக்ஸ் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு மையத்தின் மேலாண்மை இயக்குநர் சஞ்சு தாமஸ் ஆபிரகாம் மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகத்தின் திட்ட இயக்குநர் ராஜ்குமார் டி.ஆர்.ஓ., ஆகியோர் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.

ரவுண்ட் டேபிள் இந்தியாவைப் பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தி, ஏரியா 2 இன் ஏரியா சேர்மன் திரு. சுஜய் சுதர்ஷன் மற்றும் அதுல்யா சீனியர் கேர் நிர்வாக இயக்குநர் டாக்டர் கார்த்திக் நாராயண் ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

இரு தரப்பினரின் கூட்டு முயற்சியில் திறன் மேம்பாடு துறையில் வேலைவாய்பு வழங்க வழிவகை செய்தனர். இந்த புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம், சுகாதாரத் துறையில் திறன் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்பை உருவாக்குவதற்கான உகந்த சூழலை வளர்ப்பதற்கான கூட்டு முயற்சியை அடிக்கோடிட்டுக் காட்டுகிறது.

இந்த கூட்டு முயற்சியின் விதிமுறைகளின் கீழ், TNASDCH மற்றும் ரவுண்ட் டேபிள் இந்தியா ஆகியவை ரவுண்ட் டேபிளின் மதிப்பிற்குரிய “FTE” பள்ளிகளைச் சேர்ந்த மாணவர்களுக்கு ஹெல்த்கேர் துறையில் விரிவான தொழில் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் திறன் பயிற்சிகளை வழங்குவதில் இணைந்து கொள்ள உறுதியளித்துள்ளன.

இந்த மூலமாக பயிற்சி முன்முயற்சியானது பங்கேற்பாளர்களுக்கு தேவையான திறன்கள் மற்றும் அறிவை அவர்களின் வேலைவாய்ப்பு வாய்ப்புகளை மேம்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

இரண்டு நிறுவனங்களும் இளைஞர்களுக்கு திறமையான பணியாளர்களை உருவாக்குவதிலும் தமிழ்நாட்டின் சுகாதாரத் துறையின் வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டிற்கு குறிப்பிடத்தக்க பங்களிப்பை வழங்குவதில் உறுதியாக உள்ளன.

An MoU was signed with Round Table India at a function held at the Tamil Nadu Apex Skill Development Center for Healthcare Employment and Training. The event was chaired by Innocent Divya IAS, Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation, Sanju Thomas Abraham, Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Apex Skill Development Center and Rajkumar DRO, Project Director of Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation.

Representing Round Table India, Area Chairman of Area 2 Mr. Sujay Sudarshan and Dr. Karthik Narayan, Managing Director, Atulya Senior Care were present. A joint effort of both parties facilitated employment in the field of skill development. The MoU underscores the joint effort to foster an enabling environment for capacity building and employment generation in the health sector.

Under the terms of this joint venture, TNASDCH and Round Table India have committed to partner in providing comprehensive career development and skill training in the healthcare sector to students from Round Table's esteemed “FTE” schools. 

Through this training initiative aims to equip the participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their employability prospects. Both the organizations are committed to creating a skilled workforce for the youth and contributing significantly to the growth and development of the health sector in Tamil Nadu.
