மத்திய புள்ளியியல் மற்றும் திட்ட அமலாக்க அமைச்சகத்தின் தேசிய புள்ளியியல் அலுவலகம் 2012=100 அடிப்படையில் அகில இந்திய நுகர்வோர் விலை குறியீட்டெண் மற்றும் நடப்பு ஆண்டின் அக்டோபர் மாதத்திற்கான கிராமப்புற,நகர்ப்புற மற்றும் ஒருங்கிணைந்த நுகர்வோர் உணவு விலை குறியீட்டை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. 

அகில இந்திய மற்றும் அனைத்து மாநிலங்கள், யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களுக்கான துணைக் குழுக்கள் மற்றும் குழுக்களுக்கான நுகர்வோர் விலை குறியீட்டெண்களும் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன.

தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட 1114 நகர்ப்புற சந்தைகள் மற்றும் அனைத்து மாநிலங்கள் / யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களை உள்ளடக்கிய 1181 கிராமங்களில் இருந்து வாராந்திர பட்டியலில் என்.எஸ்.ஓ, எம்.ஓ.எஸ்.பி.ஐ.யின் கள செயல்பாடுகள் பிரிவின் களப்பணியாளர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட வருகைகள் மூலம் விலை விவரங்கள் சேகரிக்கப்படுகின்றன.

நடப்பு அக்டோபர் மாதத்தில், என்.எஸ்.ஓ 99.8% கிராமங்கள் மற்றும் 98.6% நகர்ப்புற சந்தைகளிலிருந்து விலைகள் பெறப்பட்டுள்ளன. அதில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்ட சந்தை வாரியான விலைகள் கிராமப்புறங்களுக்கு 89.0% மற்றும் நகர்ப்புறங்களுக்கு 92.0% ஆகும்.

அகில இந்திய மொத்த விலை குறியீட்டெண், எண்ணை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்ட வருடாந்திர பணவீக்க விகிதம் 2023 அக்டோபர் மாதத்தில் 2022 அக்டோபரை விட (-) 0.52% (தற்காலிக) குறைவாகும். இது 2023 செப்டம்பரில் (-) 0.26% குறைவாக பதிவாகியுள்ளது. 

2023 அக்டோபரில் பணவீக்கத்தின் எதிர்மறை விகிதம் முந்தைய ஆண்டின் இதே மாதத்துடன் ஒப்பிடும்போது ரசாயனங்கள் மற்றும் ரசாயன பொருட்கள், மின்சாரம், ஜவுளி, அடிப்படை உலோகங்கள், உணவுப் பொருட்கள், காகிதம் மற்றும் காகித பொருட்கள் போன்றவற்றின் விலைகள் குறைந்ததே முக்கிய காரணமாகும்.

The National Bureau of Statistics of the Union Ministry of Statistics and Planning has released the All India Consumer Price Index (CPI) based on 2012=100 and Rural, Urban and Composite Consumer Food Price Index for the month of October of the current year. All-India and sub-group and group-wise consumer price indices for all states, union territories are also published.

Price details are collected through personal visits by field workers of Field Operations Unit of NSO, MOSBI on weekly lists from selected 1114 urban markets and 1181 villages covering all States / Union Territories.

In the current month of October, NSO has received prices from 99.8% rural and 98.6% urban markets. The reported market wise rates are 89.0% for rural and 92.0% for urban.

The All India Total Price Index, number-based annual inflation rate in October 2023 is (-) 0.52% (provisional) lower than in October 2022. It was reported lower by (-) 0.26% in September 2023. 

The negative rate of inflation in October 2023 compared to the same month of the previous year was mainly due to lower prices of chemicals and chemical products, electricity, textiles, base metals, food products, paper and paper products.
