தமிழ்நாடு மாநில துறைமுகங்கள் மேம்பாட்டுக் கொள்கை 2023 / TAMILNADU STATE PORT DEVELOPMENT POLICY 2023: தமிழக அமைச்சரவை கூட்டம், கடந்த மாதம் 31ம் தேதி, தலைமை செயலகத்தில் நடந்தது. முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலின் தலைமையில் அமைச்சரவைக் கூட்டம் கடந்த மாதம் இறுதியில் நடைபெற்றது. 

இதை தொடர்ந்து அமைச்சர் தங்கம் தென்னரசு வெளியிட்ட அறிக்கையில், தமிழ்நாடு மாநில துறைமுக மேம்பாட்டுக் கொள்கை குறித்து விவாதிக்கப்பட்டு அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது. இந்த கொள்கையை ஏற்று, தமிழக அரசு அரசாணை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

தமிழக அரசின் துறைமுக கொள்கைகளை ஒருங்கிணைத்து அளிக்க, தமிழ்நாடு கடல்சார் வாரியம், தொடர்பு அமைப்பாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது

கடல்சார் வாரியம், அரசு உயர் அதிகாரிகள் உதவியை பெறுவதுடன், கப்பல் போக்குவரத்து, துறைமுக கட்டுமானம், நிர்வாகம் ஆகிய துறைகள் சார்ந்த, தொழில்நுட்ப வல்லுனர்களின் உதவிகளையும், நிதி உதவிகளையும் பெறும்.

TAMILNADU STATE PORT DEVELOPMENT POLICY 2023: The Tamil Nadu cabinet meeting was held at the Chief Secretariat on 31st of last month. A cabinet meeting was held at the end of last month under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Stalin.

Following this, in a statement released by Minister Thangam Southern Government, the Cabinet has discussed and approved the Tamil Nadu State Port Development Policy. Accepting this policy, the Government of Tamil Nadu has issued an ordinance.

Key features

TAMILNADU STATE PORT DEVELOPMENT POLICY 2023: All the minor ports in the state are to be developed through public investment and private contribution.

The Tamil Nadu Maritime Board has been appointed as a liaison body to coordinate the port policies of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

The Maritime Board will receive assistance from senior government officials and financial assistance from technical experts in the fields of shipping, port construction and administration.

The land required to build the port and port structures will be allocated, initially, on lease basis for 30 years. Thereafter, the Board may review and extend the license period up to a maximum of 99 years.
