இந்திய தரக்குழுமம்- கதர் மற்றும் கிராமத்தொழில்கள் ஆணையம் இடையே புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் / Memorandum of Understanding between Khadi Indian Standards Committee and Village Industries Commission

அகமதாபாத்தில் உள்ள கோச்ராப் ஆசிரமத்தில் கதர் பொருட்களுக்கான 'மேட் இன் இந்தியா' இயக்கத்தின் கீழ் கதர் பொருட்களின் தரத்தை உயர்த்தவும், கைவினைஞர்களுக்கு அதிகாரமளிக்கவும், தரமான தயாரிப்புகளை வழங்கவும், இந்திய தரக்குழுமம்- கதர் மற்றும் கிராமத்தொழில்கள் ஆணையம் இடையே புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது. 

இந்தப் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம், கேவிஐசி தலைவர் திரு. மனோஜ் குமார், இந்திய தரக் குழும தலைவர் திரு. ஜாக்ஸே ஷா ஆகியோர் முன்னிலையில் நடைபெற்றது. 

பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடியின் தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையின்படி உலகத் தரம் வாய்ந்த கதர் தயாரிப்புகளை உருவாக்குவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு இரு அமைப்புகளுக்கும் இடையிலான ஒத்துழைப்பு அமைந்துள்ளது.

இந்தப் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தின்படி, கதர் மற்றும் கிராமத் தொழில் பொருட்களின் தரத்தை உயர்த்துதல், அவற்றின் உற்பத்தித்திறன், சந்தைப்படுத்துதல் ஆகியவற்றை உள்நாட்டிலும் சர்வதேச அளவிலும் மேம்படுத்துதல் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு நடவடிக்கைகளில் இந்திய தரக் கவுன்சில் உதவும். 

இதனுடன், கதர் கைவினைஞர்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிப்பதன் மூலமும், பல்வேறு ஊடகங்கள் மூலம் கதர் தயாரிப்புகளை ஊக்குவிப்பதன் மூலமும் கதர் மற்றும் கிராமத் தொழில்கள் ஆணையத்திற்கு ஆதரவளிக்கும். மேலும், இந்த ஒத்துழைப்பு கதர் தயாரிப்புகளுக்கு 'மேட் இன் இந்தியா' என்ற புதிய அடையாளத்தை வழங்கும், 

இது உலகெங்கிலும் தரத்தின் அடையாளமாக கதர் பொருட்களின் உற்பத்தி விற்பனையை அதிகரிக்கும். இது கதர் கைவினைஞர்களுக்கு மேம்பட்ட திறன்கள் அறிவை வழங்குவதன் மூலம் அதிக உற்பத்தித்திறன் மற்றும் செயல்திறனுடன் புதிய வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்கும்.

An MoU was signed between Indian Standards Committee-Qadr and Village Industries Commission to enhance the quality of Qatar products, empower artisans and provide quality products under the 'Made in India' initiative for Qatar products at Kochrab Ashram in Ahmedabad. 

This MoU was signed by KVIC Chairman Mr. Mr. Manoj Kumar, Chairman, Indian Standards Group. It was held in the presence of Jacques Shah. Prime Minister Mr. The collaboration between the two organizations aims to create world-class Qatari products as per the vision of Narendra Modi.

According to this MoU, the Quality Council of India will assist in various activities including upgradation of quality of Qatar and village industrial products, their productivity and marketing both domestically and internationally. In addition, it will support the Qatari and Village Industries Authority by empowering Qatari artisans and promoting Qatari products through various media. 

Also, this collaboration will give Qatari products a new identity of 'Made in India', which will increase the sales of Qatari products as a sign of quality across the globe. It will provide Qatari artisans with advanced skills knowledge and new employment opportunities with higher productivity and efficiency.
