2023ல் ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடுகளின் பட்டியல் / LIST OF MOST CORRUPT COUNTRIES 2023: 2023ம் ஆண்டில் ஊழல் நிறைந்த உலக நாடுகளின் பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. செவ்வாய் கிழமை உலகின் ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடுகளின் தரவரிசை பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இதில் உள்ள பெரும்பாலான நாடுகள் ஊழலுக்கு எதிரான சிறிய அல்லது எத்தகைய நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கவில்லை என்பதை சுட்டிக்காட்டியுள்ளது.

டிரான்ஸ்பரன்சி இன்டர்நேஷனல்(Transparency International) வெளியிட்ட 2023 ஊழல் புலனாய்வு குறியீட்டின் (2023 Corruption Perceptions Index) படி, ஊழல் புலனாய்வு குறியீட்டின் உலக சராசரி கடந்த 12 வது ஆண்டாக 43 ல் மாற்றமடையாமல் உள்ளது.

180 நாடுகள் இந்த மதிப்பீட்டில் உட்படுத்தப்பட்ட நிலையில், அதிக ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடுகள் 0 என்ற மதிப்பு அளவீட்டில் இருந்து சுத்தமான நாடுகள் 100 மதிப்பு என்ற மதிப்பீட்டில் அளவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதில் பங்கு கொண்ட 3ல் 2 பங்கு நாடுகள் 50 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு கீழ் பெற்றுள்ளனர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

ஊழல் குறைவான நாடுகளில் டென்மார்க் 90 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் முதலிடம் பிடித்துள்ளது, இதற்கு இந்த நாட்டில் நல்ல முறையில் செயல்பட்டு வரும் நீதித்துறை முக்கிய காரணமாக பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. இதையடுத்து பின்லாந்து (87), நியூசிலாந்து (85) ஆகிய மதிப்பெண்களுடன் இரண்டாவது மற்றும் 3வது இடத்தை பிடித்துள்ளது.

அதனை தொடர்ந்து சிங்கப்பூர் (84), ஸ்வீடன் (83), சுவிட்சர்லாந்து (82), நெதர்லாந்து (79), ஜெர்மனி (78), என அடுத்தடுத்த இடங்களை பிடித்துள்ளது. உலகின் ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடுகளின் பட்டியலில் சோமாலியா 11 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் தரவரிசையில் கடைசி இடம் பிடித்துள்ளது, அத்துடன் உலகின் ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடுகளில் முதலிடம் பிடித்துள்ளது.

இதை தொடர்ந்து வெனிசுலா (13), சிரியா (13), தெற்கு சூடான் (13) மற்றும் ஏமன் (16) ஆகிய மதிப்பெண்களுடன் தரவரிசையில் கடைசியில் பின் தங்கி இருப்பதுடன் மிகவும் ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடாக உள்ளது.

இந்த தரவரிசையில் இந்தியா 39 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் 93வது இடத்தை பிடித்துள்ளது. இந்தியா கடந்த ஆண்டு 40 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் 85வது இடத்தில் இருந்தது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

அதே சமயம் கடன் மற்றும் அரசியல் நிலையில்லா தன்மை ஆகியவற்றால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு வரும் பாகிஸ்தான் 29 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் இலங்கை 34 புள்ளிகளுடன் தரவரிசையில் இடம்பிடித்துள்ளனர்.

2023 ஊழல் புலனாய்வு குறியீடு பொதுத் துறை ஊழல் மற்றும் உலக வங்கி, உலகப் பொருளாதார மன்றம், தனியார் இடர் மற்றும் ஆலோசனை நிறுவனங்கள், சிந்தனைக் குழுக்கள் போன்ற 13 மூலங்களிலிருந்து பெறப்பட்ட தரவுகள் மூலம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

LIST OF MOST CORRUPT COUNTRIES 2023: The list of most corrupt countries in the world in 2023 has been published. A ranking of the world's most corrupt countries was released on Tuesday, indicating that most of the countries in it have taken little or no action against corruption.

According to the 2023 Corruption Perceptions Index published by Transparency International, the global average of the Corruption Perceptions Index has remained unchanged at 43 for the 12th consecutive year.

A total of 180 countries were included in the rating, with the most corrupt countries on a scale of 0 to the cleanest on a scale of 100. It is noteworthy that 2 out of 3 participating countries scored below 50 marks.

Denmark tops the list of least corrupt countries with a score of 90, largely attributed to the country's well-functioning judiciary. Subsequently, Finland (87) and New Zealand (85) have taken the second and third place.

It is followed by Singapore (84), Sweden (83), Switzerland (82), Netherlands (79), Germany (78). Somalia ranks last on the list of the most corrupt countries in the world with a score of 11, as well as the top most corrupt country in the world.

It is followed by Venezuela (13), Syria (13), South Sudan (13) and Yemen (16), which is at the bottom of the ranking and the most corrupt country. India is ranked 93rd with 39 marks in this ranking. It is noteworthy that India was ranked 85th last year with 40 marks.

At the same time Pakistan, which is suffering from debt and political instability, is ranked with 29 points and Sri Lanka with 34 points. The 2023 Corruption Perceptions Index is based on public sector corruption and data from 13 sources including the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, private venture and consulting firms, and think tanks.
