சிறந்த மொழி பெயர்ப்புக்கான சாகித்திய அகாடமி விருது 2024 / SAHITYA AKADEMI AWARD FOR TRANSLATION 2024: இந்திய மொழிகளில் வெளியாகும் சிறந்த படைப்புகளுக்கு ஆண்டுதோறும் மத்திய அரசு சாகித்திய அகாடமி விருது வழங்கி கெளரவித்து வருகிறது. 

அந்த வகையில் 2024-ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான தமிழ் உள்பட 24 மொழிகளைச் சோ்ந்த படைப்பாளா்களுக்கு சாகித்திய அகாடமி விருதுகளை மத்திய அரசு இன்று (மார்ச் 11) அறிவித்தது.

இதில், தமிழ்நாட்டை சேர்ந்த எழுத்தாளர் கண்ணையன் தட்சணாமூர்த்திக்கு சிறந்த மொழி பெயர்ப்புக்கான விருது அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அருணாச்சல பிரதேசம் மாநிலத்தைச் சேர்ந்த எழுத்தாளர் மமாங் தயின் எழுதிய 'The Black Hill' நாவலின் தமிழ் பெயர்ப்பான 'கருங்குன்றம்' நாவலுக்கு இந்த விருது அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்துடன் ரூ.50,000 பரிசும் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

The Black Hill நாவல் 2017-ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான சாகித்திய அகாடமி விருது வென்றுள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

எழுத்தாளர் கண்ணையன் தட்சிணாமூர்த்தி, மகாத்மா காந்தியின் சிந்தனைகள், எனது அரசியல் வாழ்க்கை, இந்தியாவின் தேசியப் பண்பாடு, புரட்சி 185, புத்தாக்க வாழ்வியல் கல்வி, உறவுப்பாலம்: இலங்கைச் சிறுகதைகள், இந்திராகாந்தி, அறிவுத்தேடலில் அறிவியல் உணர்வு, சுவாமி விவேகானந்தர்: இளையோரின் எழுச்சி நாயகன், கண்ணியமான பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி உள்ளிட்ட நூல்களையும் மொழிபெயர்த்துள்ளார்.

SAHITYA AKADEMI AWARD FOR TRANSLATION 2024: Sahitya Akademi Award is given annually by the central government to the best works published in Indian languages. In that way, the central government today (March 11) announced the Sahitya Akademi Awards for the year 2024 for the writers of 24 languages including Tamil.

In this, Tamil Nadu-based writer Kannaiyan Dattashanamurthy has been awarded the best translation award. The award has been announced for the novel 'Karungundram', the Tamil version of the novel 'The Black Hill' written by Mamang Thain, a writer from the state of Arunachal Pradesh. Along with this, a prize of Rs.50,000 is also given.

 

It is noteworthy that the novel The Black Hill has won the Sahitya Akademi Award for the year 2017.

Writer Kannayan Dakshinamurthy has also translated books such as Thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi, My Political Life, India's National Culture, Revolution 185, Reinventing Life Education, Nainpalam: Sri Lanka Short Stories, Indira Gandhi, Scientific Sense in the Pursuit of Knowledge, Swami Vivekananda: The Upsurge of Youth, Dignified Economic Development.
