தமிழ்நாடு குறித்த PEN India நிறுவன அறிக்கை / PEN INDIA INSTITUTE REPORT ON TAMILNADU: இந்திய மேலாண்மை கழகங்கள் (ஐஐஎம்) நடத்திய ஆய்வுகளின் அடிப்படையில் தயாரான அறிக்கைகளை மையமாகக் கொண்டு PEN India நிறுவனம் தமிழ்நாடு குறித்த சில தகவல்களை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

இந்திய மேலாண்மை கழகங்கள் (ஐஐஎம்) ஆய்வுகளின் அடிப்படையில் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கைகளை மையமாகக் கொண்டு PEN India நிறுவனம் தமிழ்நாடு குறித்த சில தகவல்களை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. இந்த தகவல்கள் தமிழ்நாடு, மகாராஷ்டிரா மற்றும் குஜராத் ஆகிய 3 மாநிலங்களை ஒப்பிட்டு தயார் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அதன்அடிப்படையில், தமிழ்நாடு சமூக வளர்ச்சி குறியீட்டில் முதல் இடத்தையும், தொழிற்சாலைகள் எண்ணிக்கையில் முதல் இடத்தையும், நகரமயமாதலில் முதல் இடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளதாக தெரியவந்துள்ளது.

இதில் தமிழ்நாடு 7.21 கோடி மக்களையும், மகாராஷ்டிரா 13.28 கோடி மக்களையும், அதேபோல் குஜராத் 6 கோடி மக்களையும் கொண்டுள்ளது.

வரி வருவாய் என்பது வரிவிதிப்பு மூலம் அரசாங்கங்களால் சேகரிக்கப்படும் வருமானம் ஆகும். வரி விதிப்பு என்பது அரசின் வருவாயின் முதன்மையான ஆதாரமாகும். தனிநபர்கள், பொது நிறுவனங்கள், வர்த்தகம், இயற்கை வளங்கள் மீதான ராயல்டி மற்றும்/அல்லதுவெளிநாட்டு உதவி போன்ற ஆதாரங்களில் இருந்து வருவாய் பெறப்படலாம்.

இதில், முதலாவதாக மகாராஷ்டிரா ரூ.4,51,800 கோடி வரி வருவாய் ஈட்டுவதாகவும், 2-வதாக தமிழ்நாடு ரூ.3,14,800 கோடி வரி வருவாய் ஈட்டுவதாகவும், 3வதாக ரூ.1,79,600 கோடி வரி வருவாய் ஈட்டுவதாகவும் தெரிகிறது.

சமூக வளர்ச்சி (மேம்பாடு) என்பது தனிநபர் மற்றும் சமூக நல்வாழ்வுக்கான அர்ப்பணிப்பின் அடிப்படையில் அளவிடப்படும். அந்த வகையில், முதல் இடத்தில் தமிழ்நாடு (65.34), இரண்டாவதாக மகாராஷ்டிரா (57.88), அதேபோல் குஜராத் (56.65) மூன்றாவது என கணக்கிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மாநிலங்களில் அமைந்துள்ள தொழிற்சாலைகளின் எண்ணிக்கை அடிப்படையில் முதல் இடத்தில் தமிழ்நாடு (36,000 தொழிற்சாலைகள்), இரண்டாவது இடத்தில் மகாராஷ்டிரா (28,000 தொழிற்சாலைகள்), மூன்றாவது இடத்தில் குஜராத் (22,000 தொழிற்சாலைகள்) அமைந்துள்ளதாக குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இது பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி, தொழில்நுட்ப மாற்றம் மற்றும் மக்கள்தொகை வளர்ச்சி உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு காரணிகளால் இயக்கப்படும் ஒரு உலகளாவிய நிகழ்வு ஆகும். அதன்படி, தமிழ்நாடு 46.5%-ல் முதல் இடத்தையும், மகாராஷ்டிரா 45.2%-ல் இரண்டாவது இடத்தையும், குஜராத் 42.5%-ல் மூன்றாவது இடத்தையும் பிடித்துள்ளன.

HDI என்பது அடிப்படை மனித வளர்ச்சியின் சாதனை நிலைகளின் சுருக்க அளவீடு ஆகும். ஒரு நாட்டின் கணக்கிடப்பட்ட எச்டிஐ என்பது ஆய்வு செய்யப்பட்ட ஒவ்வொரு வாழ்க்கைப் பண்புகளுக்கான குறியீடுகளின் சராசரி ஆகும். 

அறிவு மற்றும் புரிதல், நீண்ட மற்றும் ஆரோக்கியமான வாழ்க்கை மற்றும் ஒழுக்கமான வாழ்க்கைத் தரம் ஆகியவற்றை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு இவை அளவிடப்படுகின்றன.

இதில் தமிழ்நாடு இந்த ஆண்டு முதல் இடத்தையும், மகாராஷ்டிரா 2வது இடத்தையும், அதேபோல் குஜராத் 3வது இடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளது.

PEN INDIA INSTITUTE REPORT ON TAMILNADU: PEN India has released some information on Tamil Nadu based on reports prepared based on studies conducted by Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs).

PEN India has published some information about Tamil Nadu based on reports published by Indian Institutes of Management (IIM). This information has been prepared comparing 3 states namely Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Based on that, it has been revealed that Tamil Nadu has got the first place in the social development index, the first place in the number of industries and the first place in urbanization.

Tamil Nadu has 7.21 crore people, Maharashtra has 13.28 crore people and Gujarat has 6 crore people.

Tax revenue is the income collected by governments through taxation. Taxation is the primary source of government revenue. Revenue may come from sources such as individuals, public institutions, trade, royalties on natural resources and/or foreign aid.

In this, it is seen that Maharashtra is earning Rs.4,51,800 crore in tax revenue first, Tamil Nadu is earning Rs.3,14,800 crore in tax revenue in second place and Rs.1,79,600 crore in tax revenue in third place.

Social development (development) is measured in terms of commitment to individual and social well-being. In that respect, Tamil Nadu (65.34), Maharashtra (57.88) is second, and Gujarat (56.65) is third.

Tamil Nadu (36,000 factories), Maharashtra (28,000 factories) and Gujarat (22,000 factories) are at the first place in terms of number of factories located in the states.

It is a global phenomenon driven by various factors including economic growth, technological change and population growth. Accordingly, Tamil Nadu ranked first with 46.5%, Maharashtra second with 45.2% and Gujarat third with 42.5%.

The HDI is a summary measure of basic human development achievement levels. A country's calculated HDI is the average of the indices for each of the life characteristics examined. 

These are measured based on knowledge and understanding, long and healthy life and decent quality of life. This year, Tamil Nadu has got the first place, Maharashtra has got the 2nd place and Gujarat has got the 3rd place.
