ஆலோசனைக் குழுவின் பங்கு மற்றும் செயல்பாடுகள்
குறிப்பு விதிமுறைகள் அல்லது தொடர்புடைய விஷயங்கள் குறித்து ஆணைக்குழுவிற்கு ஆலோசனை வழங்குதல்.
ஆவணங்கள் அல்லது ஆராய்ச்சி ஆய்வுகளைத் தயாரிப்பதில் உதவுதல், நிதிக்குழுவால் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட ஆய்வுகளை கண்காணித்தல் அல்லது மதிப்பீடு செய்தல், இதன் மூலம் ஆணையம் அதன் பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்த புரிதலை மேம்படுத்துதல்.

Advisory Committee of the 16th Finance Commission: The Sixteenth Finance Commission has constituted an Advisory Committee consisting of the following members:
- Dr. D.K. Srivatsava
- Mr Neelkant Mishra
- Dr. Poonam Gupta
- Mrs. Franjul Bhandari
- Rahul Pajoria
- Dr. Poonam Gupta
Role and Functions of the Advisory Committee:
Advising the Commission on terms of reference or related matters.
Assist in the preparation of documents or research studies, monitor or evaluate studies commissioned by the Funding Committee, thereby improving the Commission's understanding of its issues.
Assist in broadening the scope and understanding of the Commission by seeking national and international best practices in matters related to decentralization, improving the quality, scope and implementation of its recommendations.
