LIST OF CORRUPTED COUNTRIES 2024 / ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடுகளின் பட்டியல் 2024: சிபிஐ எனப்படும் டிரான்ஸ்பரன்சி இன்டர்நேஷனல் என்ற அமைப்பு ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஊழல் மிகுந்த நாடுகளின் பட்டியலை வெளியிடும். ஒரு நாட்டில் எந்தளவுக்கு ஊழல் நடைபெறுகிறது என்பதை வைத்து இந்த லிஸ்ட்டை உருவாக்கி வெளியிடும்.

அதன்படி அந்த அமைப்பு 2024ம் ஆண்டிற்கான ஊழல் குறியீட்டை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. அதில் உலகின் ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடுகள் லிஸ்டில் முதல் 100 நாடுகளில் இந்தியா இடம் பெற்றுள்ளது.

அந்த பட்டியலில் மொத்தம் 180 நாடுகள் இருக்கும் நிலையில், அதில் இந்தியா 96ஆவது இடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது. கடந்த 2023ம் ஆண்டுடன் ஒப்பிடுகையில் மூன்று இடங்கள் சரிந்துள்ளது.

2023இல் 39 மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்ற இந்தியா, 2024-இல் 38 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் மூன்று இடங்கள் பின்னடைந்தது. ஊழல் குறைந்த நாடுகளின் பட்டியலில் டென்மார்க் (90) தொடர்ந்து முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளது, பின்லாந்து (88) மற்றும் சிங்கப்பூர் (88) அடுத்தடுத்த இடங்களில் உள்ளன.

இதில் மிக மோசமான ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடாக தெற்கு சூடான் இருக்கிறது. அது மொத்தமாக 100க்கு 8 மதிப்பெண்களை மட்டுமே பெற்றிருக்கிறது. தொடர்ந்து சோமாலியா (9), வெனிசுலா (10), சிரியா (12) நாடுகள் முறையே 179, 178 மற்றும் 177வது இடத்தைப் பிடித்தன.

இந்தியாவின் அண்டை நாடுகளில் பாகிஸ்தான் 135வது இடத்திலும், இலங்கை 121வது இடத்திலும், வங்கதேசம் 149வது இடத்திலும் உள்ளன. சீனா 76-ஆவது இடத்திலும், அமெரிக்கா 28-ஆவது இடத்திலும் உள்ளது. 2012 முதல் 32 நாடுகள் ஊழலை குறைத்துள்ள நிலையில், 148 நாடுகள் தொடர்ந்து மோசமான நிலையில் உள்ளன. 

அறிக்கையின் படி, ஊழல் ஜனநாயகம், மனித உரிமை மற்றும் அரசியல் ஸ்திரத்தன்மைக்கு அடிப்படை அச்சுறுத்தலாக இருந்து வருகிறது. அதை கட்டுப்படுத்துவதற்கான சட்ட ஒழுங்குகள், அரசுகளின் செயல்பாடு மற்றும் சர்வதேச ஒத்துழைப்பின் அவசியம் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அரசு மற்றும் பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்களில் நடக்கும் ஊழல்களை அடிப்படையாக வைத்து, 0 (அதிக ஊழல்) முதல் 100 (ஊழல் இல்லாத அமைப்பு) மதிப்பெண்களை இந்த சிபிஐ அமைப்பு வழங்கியுள்ளது.

அதன்படி இந்தியா இதில் 38 மதிப்பெண்களைப் பெற்றுள்ளது. கடந்தாண்டு 39 மதிப்பெண்களையும், 2022இல் 40 மதிப்பெண்களையும் இந்தியா பெற்றிருந்த நிலையில், இப்போது 38 மதிப்பெண்களை மட்டுமே பெற்றுள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடுகள் லிஸ்டில் 96வது இடத்தை இந்தியா பெற்றுள்ளது.

இந்த லிஸ்டில் கடந்த 2012ம் ஆண்டுடன் ஒப்பிடும்போது 32 நாடுகள் தங்கள் நாட்டில் நடக்கும் ஊழலைக் கணிசமாகக் குறைத்துள்ளன. அதேநேரம் 148 நாடுகளில் இதே காலகட்டத்தில் ஊழல் அதிகரித்துள்ளன.

ஊழல் மதிப்பெண்களின் சர்வதேச சராசரி 43ஆக இருக்கிறது. பல ஆண்டுகளாகவே சர்வதேச சராசரி 43ஆக உள்ளது. மேலும், ஒட்டுமொத்தமாகப் பார்க்கும் போகு மூன்றில் இரண்டு பங்கு நாடுகள் ஊழல் மதிப்பெண்களில் 50க்கு கீழ் மதிப்பெண் பெற்றுள்ளன.

LIST OF CORRUPTED COUNTRIES 2024: Transparency International, an organization called CPI, publishes a list of the most corrupt countries every year. It creates and publishes this list based on the extent of corruption in a country.

Accordingly, the organization has released the Corruption Perceptions Index for the year 2024. In it, India is among the top 100 countries in the world's most corrupt countries.

Out of a total of 180 countries on the list, India ranks 96th. It has dropped three places compared to 2023. India, which scored 39 in 2023, fell three places in 2024 with a score of 38.

Denmark (90) continues to top the list of least corrupt countries, followed by Finland (88) and Singapore (88). The worst corrupt country is South Sudan. It scored only 8 out of 100. Somalia (9), Venezuela (10), and Syria (12) followed, ranking 179th, 178th, and 177th, respectively.

India's neighboring countries include Pakistan at 135th, Sri Lanka at 121st, and Bangladesh at 149th. China at 76th, and the United States at 28th. While 32 countries have reduced corruption since 2012, 148 countries continue to be in a bad position.

According to the report, corruption is a fundamental threat to democracy, human rights, and political stability. The need for rule of law, government action, and international cooperation to control it has been emphasized.

The CBI has given scores from 0 (highly corrupt) to 100 (corrupt-free) based on corruption in government and public sector organizations. Accordingly, India has scored 38 out of 100.

India, which had scored 39 last year and 40 in 2022, has now scored only 38. With this, India has secured 96th place in the list of corrupt countries. In this list, 32 countries have significantly reduced corruption in their countries compared to 2012. 

At the same time, corruption has increased in 148 countries during the same period. The international average of corruption scores is 43. The international average has been 43 for many years. Moreover, overall, two-thirds of countries have scored below 50 in corruption scores.
