TAMILNADU KALAI SEMMAL AWARD 2025 / தமிழ்நாடு கலைச் செம்மல் விருது 2025: தமிழ்நாடு அரசு கலை பண்பாட்டுத் துறையின் சார்பில் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் மரபுவழி ஓவியம், நவீன பாணி ஓவியம் மற்றும் சிற்பக் கலைகளில் திறமைமிக்க கலைஞர்களுக்கு கலைச்செம்மல் விருது வழங்கி ஊக்குவித்து வருகிறது.

இந்த விருதுடன், விருதாளர்களுக்கு செப்புப் பட்டயம், ரூ.1 லட்சம் விருதுத் தொகை மற்றும் பாராட்டுச் சான்றிதழ் ஆகியவை வழங்கி கௌரவிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள். ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் 6 புகழ்பெற்ற கலைஞர்களுக்கு விருதுகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.

அதன்படி, தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில் வியாழக்கிழமை நடைபெற்ற நிகழ்வில், 2024-2025 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான கலைச்செம்மல் விருதிற்கு மரபுவழி ஓவியப் பிரிவில் ஆ.மணிவேலு, மரபுவழி சிற்ப பிரிவில் வே.பாலச்சந்தர் மற்றும் கோ.கன்னியப்பன், நவீனபாணி ஓவியப் பிரிவில் கி.முரளிதரன் மற்றும் அ.செல்வராஜ், நவீனபாணி சிற்ப பிரிவில் நா.ராகவன் ஆகிய 6 கலைஞர்கள் விருதுகளையும், விருதிற்கான செப்புப் பட்டயம், ரூ.1 லட்சத்துக்கான காசோலை மற்றும் பாராட்டுச் சான்றிதழ்களையும் வழங்கி முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலின் சிறப்பித்தார்.

இந்த நிகழ்வின் போது, மாண்புமிகு தமிழ் வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் செய்தித் துறை அமைச்சர் மு.பெ.சாமிநாதன், தலைமைச் செயலாளர் நா. முருகானந்தம், சுற்றுலா, பண்பாடு மற்றும் அறநிலையங்கள் துறை கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர் மருத்துவர் க.மணிவாசன் மற்றும் கலை பண்பாட்டுத் துறை இயக்குநர் கவிதா ராமு ஆகியோர் உடனிருந்தனர்.

TAMILNADU KALAI SEMMAL AWARD 2025: The Tamil Nadu Government, on behalf of the Department of Art and Culture, has been encouraging talented artists in traditional painting, modern style painting and sculpture by presenting the Kalaichemmal Award every year.

Along with this award, the awardees are honored with a copper plaque, an award amount of Rs. 1 lakh and a certificate of appreciation. Awards are given to 6 renowned artists every year.

Accordingly, at a function held at the Secretariat on Thursday, Chief Minister Stalin felicitated 6 artists for the Kalaichemmal Award for the year 2024-2025, namely A. Manivelu in the traditional painting category, V. Balachander and Go. Kanniyappan in the traditional sculpture category, K. Muralitharan and A. Selvaraj in the modern painting category, and N. Raghavan in the modern sculpture category, by presenting the awards, a copper plaque for the award, a cheque for Rs. 1 lakh and a certificate of appreciation.

During this event, the Honorable Minister of Tamil Development and Information M.P. Swaminathan, Chief Secretary N. Muruganantham, Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Charities Dr. K. Manivasan and Director of the Department of Art and Culture Kavitha Ramu were present.
